Will definitely refer him to my friends and family. The facility was very clean and really relaxing. I will be going back there for my oil changes.

Don’t bother making an appointment because anyone there before u goes in first. I made an appointment for 10am and waited because it’s my only vehicle and was fine waiting for the service. But the car didn’t even make it into the shop till 1pm. Then the “technician” whatever that is nowadays wasn’t even able to fix the problem and seemed confused about life in general in my opinion. However the 2 stars are for the super friendly staff in service that I dealt with. They were very nice to deal with.

Darryl, really helped us buying our dream car. He was polite and helped us through all the process. I highly recommend everyone that if anyone looking for any type of car, Darryl will be a great help.

8 months and still waiting for service and parts. Have always been a Gauthiers customer but this time was to say the least, not so good.. hopefully this changes...

Darryl was a great salesman. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation! I couldn’t be more happy with the service provided. The experience was awesome since I walked through the door, I was greeted by a sales consultant (Darryl) with a smiling face, he was helpful, informative, sincere and I never felt he was trying to be pushy or just “making a sale”. I genuinely felt like he was trying to help me find the right vehicle for me. He was transparent about pricing, payments but also did his best to keep my budget in mind. When I picked up my vehicle, it was ready to go, nice and clean and he was able to show me in detail all of the features in the car. The process was easy and I didn’t feel stressed at all, I would definitely recommend this GMC dealership to friends and family! Thank you so much to Darryl and the team for everything!

Absolutely pathetic sales department!No client satisfaction. Sold damaged vehicle, and they refuse to return phone calls because I gave a bad revue. Unprofessional, botched goods, and apparently totally unreliable. Only thing good about this dealership is the service department. Dont waste your time here, take your money and run to next dealership down the road for sales.
