Rental process was simple. Agent Leonna was very pleasant and helpful. Facility was super clean compared to others that I viewed. Price is comparable. Recommend to all!

UPDATE OCTOBER 2022: MULTIPLE UNITS WERE BROKEN INTO. I was just there and MY UNIT #1569 (ground floor, back right) was one of them!!The wire fence which acts as the ceiling above was snipped open! My boxes were thrown around and ripped open, items were MISSING.I had to knock on the staff door for a while before they answered. Staff were not surprised by what happened, they weren't helpful, they really don't seem to care. They said that MULTIPLE units were broken into in the same area WEEKS earlier and they didn't notify anyone or check any of the surrounding units!! It was incredibly easy to see above the units and see how many were broken into. I asked why I wasn't notified, if they have notified others, why it wasn't repaired yet, and when it would be repaired, and they didn't have any answers.I asked what date the break in was, if they caught the person, or had footage, and once again got NO ANSWERS.What, they don't have any cameras!??Incredibly irresponsible and UNPROFESSIONAL!All they did was take pictures, gave me phone numbers, and left. They didn't even help clean up the mess! They told me to call the police and submit a report, and call the insurance company. Not shockingly neither were helpful.THEY ALSO KEPT RAISING THE Rent. I was there for over 2 years. This company ripped me off! The price just went up and up and up with no limit! Almost every other month there was an increase!!Don't be fooled by their promo prices!! Their representative said that they were increasing it to the regular amount" but they didn't have an answer for what that is! There is no "regular amount"

Don’t look anywhere else !!The leaving of my unit is bittersweet. I am happy to have found a place to live with more storage but more importantly the acknowledgment of SmartStop Storage at Fruitland in Stoney Creek. I had decided to travel for the last 7 months and it was always great to know I had a safe place to store my items. Anytime I went in there the staff was very friendly and helpful to answer any questions and fulfill on my needs. I love the indoor garage system as it feela extra secure when leaving. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, its a great choice !

Checking in today went very smooth. Leeona and her trainee Nat were both wonderful. I knew soon after the process started that I had made the right choice. Very thorough, helpful and friendly. Thank you both.

Really easy to get set up, super friendly. Units are clean and the facility is in great shape. Leeona was very helpful and clearly explained everything, would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Leeona is very helpful and experienced in showing the rental unit off and explaining all fees. In and out in 30 minutes for the initial visit. All climate controlled units.

Manager Leeona is lovely and professional. Explained everything to me. Showed me the facilities. Lots of parking. Clean washrooms. Good security. Clean, climate control facility. Safe place to put your belongings. Easy access.

Leona ensured my entire process went smoothly. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are more than 5 stars as she is 100% about helping the customer in any situations. There were a few hiccups along the way and she dealt with everything for me immediately. She is very responsive and caring, I would recommend her and this location to anyone needing storage ! :)

Nice & clean. The staff contacted me right away after someone had broken into a locker close by & I appreciate their honesty & being upfront. The only problem I have is their lock system, we've all had problems opening & closing the lock we all just wish that it was easier.
