I am a new patient at Dr. Bis' dentistry and my experience was incredibly amazing. Friendly and super helpful staff. Extremely knowledgeable professionals there. I am a person on the autism spectrum and I feel very anxious and hyper senstive to a lot of things. But my examination was painless, fast, very accurate and professional. Everyone was a sweetheart with me and they made sure I was feeling calm and comfortable. The office is beautiful, extremely clean, and all the equipment is super modern. It feels very cozy to be there. Everyone goes to the point quickly which is something I personally appreciate. Super honest professionals that really get a sense of their patients. I will definitely be a long term client there. I actually wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Agatha Bis and her staff. It is the first time in my life that I don't feel anxiety and fear visiting a dentist. I give 10 stars out of 5. That's how much I love it there. I will recommend all my friends to go to Dr. Bis. 100%. Grateful for the experience.

If you Google TMJD Specialists" Dr Bis is one of the first hits. This woman is NOT a TMJD specialist. I saw her for years without any improvement in my TMJD. The first bite guard she made for me was great

I had an amazing experience visiting Dr. Bis dental office. I've always liked having clean teeth but absolutely hated going to the dentist. I have had too many experiences with dental hygienists that were too aggressive, not super friendly/social, and would never explain to me what they were doing when working on my teeth. I had dental hygienist, Marissa from Dr. Bis office work on my teeth and she was able to make my visit very pleasant and enjoyable. She informed me of things to look out for like teeth grinding, which no other hygienist has cared to point out to me before. She was super gentle and social. She educated me on everything she was doing and made me feel confident in knowing that I was in good hands. The way the office is set up is very relaxed and professional. The staff is super friendly and I highly recommend this dental office!!

Just wanted to share how wonderful this team is! Dr. Bis always takes her time to explain things so thoroughly and with such patience and kindness. I’ve been going to Dr. Bis now for a few years and will always be a loyal client. I can’t say enough about the team here, especially Kera, who I see regularly for cleanings. She is so skilled, thorough, and dedicated to her patients, I always leave with the best feeling in my teeth, and I always look forward to my visits with her. I have referred many friends and family to this wonderful clinic and have brought my kids to Dr. Bis and her team for all their dental needs as well. I appreciate all they do and the exceptional care they provide!

My first appointment with Dr. Bis went well. I had x-rays taken and there were no concerns with decay as had been the case with me for over 30 years. Likewise, at my four month recall there was no mention of cavities. A few months later I had x-rays taken again. This time Dr. Bis diagnosed decay on multiple teeth including two molars that would each require four-surface fillings and two other teeth that would require a fair amount of tooth to be removed.A year later, I was told that another tooth presented with decay and had a crack. Long story short, I was told that I would need a crown. Rather than go ahead with treatment, I decided this time to get a second opinion. Not only did my new dentist NOT see any decay but I was told that it would be better to leave that tooth alone.It's been several years since Dr. Bis made her diagnosis, and that tooth is still fine and still without decay. I also saw the x-rays where Dr. Bis had diagnosed all of those cavities. I can only advise that a dentist's level of caring and helpfulness should not be used as a measure of either their competency or their honesty.EDIT to clarify my review: The treatment prescribed was to address the decay, not the crack. This was not a case of early or starting decay with a wait and see" approach. Dr. Bis diagnosed decay on my tooth and told me that if I did not go ahead with treatment

I have been a patient of Dr.Bis for several decades. She is so good, so competent, so conscientious I would proceed with any procedure she might recommend.Marissa, my hygienist is also amazing.Run, don't walk to experience a dental appointment that will keep you coming back year after year!

I am compelled to write a review of Dr. Bis specifically in response to a recent post stating Dr. Bis is clearly inept at supporting chronic pain patients and it is horrible that she thinks she is a TMJD specialist". I suffered from severe chronic TMJ pain for two years

I recently got 4 veneers put in and i couldn’t be more happy with my results! I trusted Dr. bis and she knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you to everyone who helped out during this process! I couldn’t be more happy! You guys have an excellent staff and always make me feel so comfortable every time I come in! Thank you again!

After much thoughts, i decided to write this review to share my experience. I came to Dr Bis's office earlier this year to for exam and fillings. The initial first appointment costed over $ 400.00 which i think it is the highest I've ever paid for first consult exam. Then I was quoted over $10,000 for what she had recommended which included a bridge, crowns and fillings. She said my teeth absolutely needed the crowns otherwise she will not do filling on them. Without further research i went ahead with the bridge a week later which costed $6500. Then she did some fillings for me that left me in deep pain for 2 weeks, i went in for a check up, waited over 45 mins, and she grinded down the filling was too high. My pain did not go away after, and this is when I went to anther local dentist. It turns out there was a piece of filling that was left stuck in my gum on the last tooth which the other dentist noticed right away. which was cause of the pain. I was shocked that Dr Bis did not even notice this at the return checkup. I was also told I do not require crowns on my other teeth when i asked, and they reassured me when i asked them again to make sure.I also visited another dentist recently and was told the same thing that i do not require crowns on those teeth that Dr Bis said they do.I was also not given any detailed explanation prior to my bridge, because in order to do a bridge, you need to grind down 2 teeth and it is very hard to floss after. Had i been properly informed, I would have chosen an implant. Now i am stuck with a bridge that cannot be removed. There are also better ways to install a bridge than using cement.The feeling I get is that everything is driven by money in this dental office. It does not feel sincere and honest. I am very disappointed and sadden of my experience here.
