I had the best customer service experience! I ordered a Biolite FirePit, but forgot to add the griddle. I called, and the woman (I believe her name was Tara) was incredible. She added it to my order and shipped it out while we were on the phone! I had it in two days!! Super friendly, and professional. The FirePit was also $90 cheaper with them than anywhere else. Highly recommend supporting this business.

What a great store! I’ve bought lots of outdoor gear here; hiking shoes, quick dry pants, snow pants, hats, stove fuel, and more. If you’re spending time outdoors they will have something to make your day great. Also, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Matt helped me get Salsa to honor a safety recall on my 11 year old fat bike. I had patchy records because of how much time had passed, but he still worked through it with me.Now, thanks to his efforts, I have a brand new carbon fork to show for it. Have previously had nothing but positive customer service experiences here, but I had to post because this went above and beyond. I have and will continue to send friends and family here because of experiences like this.Humungous thanks to Matt and the rest of the Wild Rock team!
