Dr Lewis and his team are awesome. Every zoom appt. is thorough. Emailing or calling NCT is always a pleasant interaction. I'm thankful for all their help and guidance.

The Neurology Centre is located on the ground floor.Nicole and Kayla are very knowledgeable and can offer advise to many inquiries as well as arrange for appointments with the relevant specialist. The Centre also offer physiotherapy by Vanessa who is an expert with sport injuries and TBI (traumatic brain injuries). She was the in-house physiotherapist to a Premier League club in London, UK prior to returning to Canada. They also have acupuncture specialist. The Centre specializes in neurological needs and brain injuries. As well, they are affiliated with the Kibdercare pediatric clinic on the 3rd floor and can offer an holistic approach to childrens' neurological needs and rwgular pediatric care. There is plenty of street parking as well as a city Green Parking lot (behind the TD bank across the street.

It might be helpful for them to let patients know about their intake for before the day of the appointment. This clinic is terribly mismanaged. Had to cancel my appointment ive been on a wait list for MONTHS for because no one had the foresight to say complete this before your appointment." Even after accepting fault for their lack of communication

This clinic has extremely long wait times for appointments. They have much more patients than they can manage and use any excuse to cancel. It can take up to an hour on hold to reach anyone. They love to create situations where you have to pay extra fees. They have required new referrals in between visits and have canceled appointments after the time of the appointment because they were too busy. The staff is bitter and rude. Forget about personal service.

They misdiagnosed me and now I am dying. I have neuropathy from alcohol and diabetes and they said it was just diabetes. Instead of asking more questions and telling me to move south they said just said you have diabetes, take pills and you’ll be fine. 5 months later winter came I lost more and more feeling and now am losing feeling every day until I die. I have constant burning, tingling and pain in my whole body and face. I want to die:

Dr. Johnson has been such a blessing for our family. Truly the most patient, supportive and attentive doctor we could have asked for. The team at NCOT have been kind and compassionate and are so appreciated! Thank you! Thank you!
