I recently had a colon hydrotherapy session at Flow and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The front desk staff was extremely helpful answering my questions and offering me tips for aftercare. The space was also very welcoming and relaxing. The plaza had ample parking... Will be going back to try the infared sauna next time along with my next session.

One of the best decisions of my life was signing up for a Colon Hydrotherapy session. At the Oakville location I felt like I was in full control of the system as I took my time. Monica explained everything to me thoroughly which gave me more comfort going into my session. I finally did it. Was always talked out of colon hydrotherapy but I did it today, felt good. My mind feels healthier if that makes sense. I want to eat better. I even took the package of 3 seasons booked for next week and the week after. I read 1 session isn't sufficient enough. Was it painful no, I sat on my phone and watched Tiktoks while watching the tube where everything's getting flushed. It's TINY bit uncomfortable when you feel the build up. But just push! And let it out. P.s after the session stay on for 5-10 minutes because the water will come out when you stand, atleast for me. Do it, try it. I'm always bloated and I already eat clean and exercise, hoping for better gut health I'll update after my 3rd session!

I had such a positive experience at Flow Hydrotherapy in Oakville. Monica and Elle were calm, knowledgeable and attentive throughout my visits and that made me feel very comfortable. I didn't know how much I would benefit from hydrotherapy until I had my first session. I am glad it is part of my healing journey and I have already seen the benefits both physically and mentally. Flow Hydrotherapy in Oakville is amazing! They have created such a welcoming and serene space. As you walk in you are greeted by Elle, a lovely hydrotherapist, with a warm smile and calming energy. As this was my first time, she walked me through the process with clear and concise instructions on what I'd expect during my session. She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. She was supportive and kind. After my first session, I felt so much lighter! I've done the recommended 3 sessions in a row and have noticed clearer skin, less sugar cravings, more consistent daily energy and less brain fog! Huge wins in my book! I look forward to visiting again and receiving more of the amazing benefits!

What fantastic experiences I have had at Flow Hydrotherapy Oakville! As soon as you step in the door, you are instantly relaxed. The music is calming, the white walls & the bright blue accent wall is the perfect combination. The aroma is always pleasant and soothing when you walk through the entrance. The staff is extremely helpful and any nerves you may have go out the window by their calming voice, their energy and their instruction. They explain everything to you and I like that I didn't feel alone, they were always only a press of a button away. I would highly recommend Flow Hydrotherapy Oakville to anyone! I can't wait for my third visit and I know I will continue!
