I had been calling around to make a last minute booking for a weekend charter for a friend's birthday. Mark did not have any availability but took the time to check to see who I had contacted, confirmed that I had tried the right places and also explained why it was likely difficult to find a charter as the Sockeye season had just opened. To top it off he suggested another charter company that I had not yet tried and it turns out they had an opening! I really appreciate the above and beyond service that seems to be hard to come by these days. Thanks Mark!
