My original engineer was not able to complete a sufficient set of drawings. I met Olu from OAL Engineering and he took over my project and delivered my full set of engineered drawings with official seals. He worked close with me and I put forth drawings to the city of Whitby and I received my permit within 3 weeks. Thank you Olu I would recommend you to anyone that needs engineered drawings

Olu was great following up with me and responsive in all aspects of this project from beginning to end. I hired him to draw and spec out removal of a load bearing wall and installing a steel beam in its place, and he delivered the drawings in a timely fashion. He also secured the permit for us from the city so this entire process was seamless from beginning to end. There was some negotiation on price as we had asked for several revisions to the drawings and I appreciated Olu's flexibility there. He's very reasonable, provides great to work, and I would definitely recommend him to others.

I was shopping around for a Structural Engineer that was able to create a Permit drawing for us as we wanted to remove a load-bearing wall in the kitchen and alter some plumbing.OLU (OAL Engineering) came back with the best price and efficiency. He was able to provide the drawings and carryout the Expedited" permit process for us. OLU, is a great guy/Engineer.He is very thorough with his job.I was having a very hard time with the engineering department throughout Covid. He end up having to take over someone else’s job and complete it for me it was a lot of headaches.He ironed them all out.Saw it through right to the end, I would recommend him for any of your jobs especially the complicated ones.I had already paid another engineer for the job and OLU worked with me for pricing as well.
