THINK PINK NAILS

I took my fiancee and wedding party here for Mani's and Pedi's before our wedding. They booked me with only a few days to spare and they even took a bridesmaids son who is less than ten years of age. They did a great job, were very accommodating and even did custom paint jobs for our nerdy theme. I don't go for nail treatments often but we were very happy with our shellac manicures.

I have been here twice for a pedicure now and both times had a great experience... their massages are the best!

This is my first time getting Nails done at pink rose, and the experience was very disapsolutikn for . I got pedicure and manicure done at the same time, I am satisfied with the pedicure, but the lady who did the manicure didn’t offer the massage and left in a rush, and I saw all other customers were getting the massage and I assumed they pay extra for that. When I was paying the bill, I asked a lady(seems like the team lead there) classic manicure doesn’t offer massage?? She responded massage should be offered and turned around and asked the staff who did my manicure “you didn’t do the massage?” The staff just shook her head and didn’t seem apologetic at all. The team lead asked me to sit back and will quickly get massage done for me, I didn’t have any time to stay longer and left. Overall it was a disappointing experience as I was charged full amount for the service but your staff member took a short cut never offered the full services, very disappointing, I am hoping manager can address this issue as it wasn’t busy at all when I was there, and come up with a satisfying solution. I am not going back to get massage done, it was supposed to be offered to me when I was sitting there for 2.5hours, please issue partial refund back to me.

i recently moved away from regina and i miss this salon dearly. staff is always so friendly and my best friend and i used to go together almost every time. they let us sit together if it wasn’t busy and would ask one of us about the other if we showed up alone. the pictures are some of nails they’ve done on me. high quality work, was never disappointed and fixed one of my nails that i broke while packing boxes for free this one time. the last service i got was a pedicure back at the end of june and it’s mid-august now and not a single chip so far. thank you all for taking care of me so well and say hi to sam for me!

Went in to get a new set of nails. Made a big deal over the ombre I wanted as well as when I asked for a matte top coat.The nails were alright when they were done but after when I got outside and compared them to the reference photo, I realized how bad they were. It was rushed, wasnt the shape I wanted, kept having to tell her to fix some of the lines and when I asked for the hearts I was getting to be bigger, she didn't listen. When I pay alot of money for something I expect it to be good.

Had a pedicure a week ago and one of the toes chipped. Called and was able to get in right away. Fixed up in 10 minutes and she wouldn't let me pay a dime. Great customer service!

My sister and I went 2 weeks ago and the pedicures were great they took their time and everything. However they began doing both our nails when we were still getting our pedicure done it started off well but then it became extremely rushed They did not cut my nail extensions straight and 5 out of the 10 nails were crooked. They then took my to the table to finish off my nails were they seemed to be extremely rush and un patient. She only attempted the design I wanted once and then proceeded to do a different design. Now it’s barley even two weeks later and I have lost 4 out of the 10. Not to mention it was very expensive compared to other places. They also did not do the right design on my sisters nails. Overall very unimpressed with the quality.
