I have great support from this company. Besides the chemicals which work well, they give a lot of service. They did a good night time evaluation of the cleaning contractor we use and always come the same day when I call them for service. Best chemical company I’ve used.

Jim lost me as a client and now I’m with service lab, the difference is night and day! So good to be with a professional company. If you want to get your moneys worth use ServiceLab not constantamerica.(Look how they respond to me... I’ve known jim and his daughter Sophie and this is what I get, completely dismissive like they don’t do anything wrong!! Very unprofessional, This is my personal email.)

I've been buying from this company for close to 10 years now and I have always had amazing service. I have a meat processing facility and cleaning results have always been great and my service technicians are on site within the day when I have equipment issues. I highly recommend this company.

cheap Knockoff-quality products, small technician team of one or two that are not trained professionals more like delivery guys they hired from kijiji, and not a big choice of dish machine models/very old and worn out, Overall Unorganized, high turnover, lack of proper management and leadership.And By the looks of how the representative replies to concerns and its history of losing clients, I’d say they have very serious problems/flaws at the core of the company.I rather stick with the bigger known companies to get my moneys worth and service guaranteed.

I called for some info on their products.. they sent me a representative quite quick however after our meeting i never heard from the representative.. never brought the samples to test.. never ever called..i called and and they never called back..really disappointed with the service.. Anyone looking for a serious chemical comoany with excellent customer service call West Penetone.. Im with them and what a difference nothing to say but what a professional company!
