Polymershapes - Edmonton

Polymershapes has been my go to for all of my outdoor projects, from pergolas to green houses to Catios, they are my go to supplier!

Great selection of plastics. I was afraid I'd have a difficult time finding Styrene sheets but Sabic Polymershapes in Edmonton provided me with the place to purchase as well as a great price on what I was looking for.Great customer service in the front desk as well as in the warehouse.

I can't speak on their products, but customer service could be better.I cancelled my order because my sales rep was a little rude. Lol, I'm sure they couldn't be bothered with my piddly $200 order.

I'm sure their products are nice, but don't bother going unless it is for a large sale.

Collin was INSANELY helpful, professional, and informative... He helped me source the correct material for my project even though the both of us went in completely blind (he didn't know what I was building, and I didn't know what plastic I needed). I am more than happy with my quoted price, I haven't taken delivery of the product yet but I am more that sure it will be of the highest standards.

The staff here are great and will get you what you need for your printing and signs. They also have expertise and experience with what products work for different applications. There's been a few times when they have helped me in a short amount of time to get my customers taken care of!

What can I say other than I received the absolute best customer service from them - especially from Howard. I called them asking if they had any sheets for sunroom ceiling project and Howard went beyond helpful giving me so much information, explaining the differences of thickness and size, etc. I called him numerous times and each and every time he was so helpful and informative. He helped us order the parts that we required and even expediated the process to make sure it was cut for that afternoon that we were to pick it up. They close at 5pm and we were stuck on the henday due to construction for an hour and weren't going to make it in time. Howard asked his team in pick up to stay as a courtesy for us to come late. We ended up arriving there way past their close time but they were still there to help us move the sheets onto our truck and make sure we had our order. I will never forget the awesome customer service I received from them.
