We purchased qty 6 1200lb wind rated isolators for a 250T cooling tower replacement on Yonge St. The product was of high quality and delivery was quick and on time. The submittals were accurate but there was one dimension missing that in our particular case, would really help with the alignment of the tower with the sub-structure. We called Isotech and they provided the dimension and it was added to the submittal by the next day. All in all, a great group to deal with. Rob
