Horrible experience, first off- during the middle of the pandemic i was given a robe to wear and it was COVERED in beard hair.. i in turn was covered as well. i took it off and looked at the other robes hung up and they too, we’re covered in bear hair but i was getting foils so i needed the protection and just shook it off good and had to wear it.. aside from that the young girl that did my hair left the bleach on too long and when she was brushing my hair after the washing portion, it was like snowing all over me.. the BREAKAGE was worse than i have ever experienced in my life and i’ve been doing my hair blonde for 15 years and never have i had that much breakage . and aside from that. she did extremely thick, almost skunk like face framing blonde chucks when i had just asked for natural looking face framing blonde steaks. i brought this to her attention when i got home and she gas lighted me and said if i wasn’t happy with the services than i needed to go else where, even though i had asked her specifically to fix it. GLAD I DIDNT WASTE ANY MORE MONEY AT THE SHOP. horrible customer service and the young girl that works there is too sensitive to be a stylist and needs to consider a new profession .

I got my hair cut there a few months ago the lady did not listen to anything I said and hacked my hair so bad I honestly cried for a few days ! I ended up having to go to 4 different salons to find someone to fix the damage that was done so I ended up having to get a pixie cut because I could not look at my hair the way it was... I now get major anxiety thinking about getting my hair cut due to my experience there

After my cousin recommended this place I haven't gone anywhere else since. Branko always does a great job with my haircut. Its hard to find someone around here that can give a good fade haircut but he does a fantastic job. He also trims and shapes my beard for me and it always turns out perfect.Great place, great people and I recommend it to all of my friends and family.Keep up the great work.
