Great place for boots you'll get properly sized if you have a wide or narrow foot their boot sizes can fit you perfectly. The quality of boot you'll find is superior to anywhere else I've been happy with all my boots from here. Was their again today great service as always

Ive owned 8 pairs of red wing boots and am a fan. Typically the work boots last 4-5 years, and the heritage boots ive had for 10 plus.Staff and service are the best at this location, they'll do whatever they can to help you out.

Great products - can’t recommend these boots enough! They’ve lasted really well and are comfortable to wear. Add on the cleanings and free laces for life, plus the options available for repairs and assistance; they can’t be beat. Friendly and knowledgeable staff here as well!

The customer service here is above and beyond what I would ever expect. I brought my boots in for a warranty issue and they were replaced immediately with something slightly different. After wearing the new ones for a few weeks I went back saying they really weren’t working for me and the boots were replaced again to a style that suits me better. I couldn’t ask for better service. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. I intend to buy my boots exclusively from here in the future!

We bought my wife a pair of boots here to ride on the motorcycle, here is what she had to say:The guy who works there is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I wear a women's size 5 - not an easy size to find. He found me a great pair of boots and stretched them out a little for me as the length was good but the width was tight. He also assured me they would stretch quite a bit - trust him when he says this!! It takes a wk or 2 to break them in so be patient, but they literally mold to your feet and that break-in-time" is 100% worth it. Great experience."

Bought a pair of the Redwing work boots in fall of 2019. They finally wore out in January 2023. I’ll be in to get another pair. Best boots I’ve ever owned and cheapest over the long run. The staff were excellent to deal with as well!
