Frilly Lilly

I get my eyebrows done at Frilly Lily often and they turn out fantastic. I tried out a lash lift and tint and within 4 days they had fallen even though I followed the after care instructions.

Veenu was absolutely amazing and so sweet. Wonderful to talk to and she knows how to wax! Thanks Veenu for such a great experience getting me ready for my trip to Mexico:) highly recommend her!

I got a manicure and pedicure done this afternoon by Lacey, she did an amazing job. She was super sweet and friendly, I will be definitely coming back here next time I get a mani, pedi done. Thank you so much, Lacey!!

I am always happy with the manicures and pedicures at Frilly Lilly. The atmosphere is laid back, warm and relaxing. Staff are skilled and professional. It's a great spot for pampering.

I usually go to the St. Albert location, but the wait time was just a little too long for what I was willing to wait. Called ahead to see if I could schedule an appointment here and they got me in that evening! The receptionist was very helpful in making sure I could use my wax credit at this location. I frequently get waxed and have never experienced such an amazing wax. Veenu was extremely gentle and is clearly a master in what she does. I am extremely pleased with my visit here. Thanks again Frilly Lilly Windermere ladies!

Horrible unfriendly staff. I have been to the Calgary one with wonderful service. I called to let them know that there was traffic and I was on my way. Then the called and I told them how many minutes away and they said “we would usually rebook but if you get here we can do it”. I pulled into the parking lot when they called me again to say they wouldn’t do the services even thought I had just driven 45 MINUTES to get there and they confirmed they would still take me. I walked in asking if I could even get a small service that they said unfortunately they could not. No sorry, or we can try to do something since they said they would, otherwise I would have turned around. I understand that it’s difficult if customers are late, but with that much communication and confirming their commitment, only to back out once I walk through the door? Unacceptable. No way to run a business. I suggest you take your money somewhere that values it, and you for that matters.

Liana was a dream! LASH tint service- Windermere location. FAST, Friendly low cost & efficient. You can tell she loves what she does! I’ll be back & I must try the St. Albert location. Cute place. Extremely affordable trendy jewelry sets too, beautiful sets! Receptionist was also very helpful. Thank you ladies!

I live this facility and Liana! She always does an amazing job with waxes and the place is clean which I appreciate! The membership is definitely worth it for the summer too!
