Gross amounts of ranch sauce is guaranteed on all your items.Staff are eager to rush you through the drive thru saying “anything else” after every individual menu item ordered.Denied a return when the food was brought back for being cold, too saucy, and not what I ordered.Management needs guidance with guest service training.

One of the crappiest hamburger I've ever had.So dry it like eating cardboard. I'm glad I cut mine in half. Threw the other in the trash.

Been here a handle of times, and great everytime. Burgers are well made, hot fries, welcoming staff member today of this review. It all depends on who works here, and serves you. The drink and extras table could use more cleaning up.

Young guy behind counter great, 4 other staff watched him serve everyone. Maybe he was being evaluated, but was lunch time, help out, serve your customers

The workers were doing their job as best they could all the while some guy behind the counter just watched them and seemed to micromanage them while also not doing anything. Weird atmosphere.

Orders get messed up constantly. Last time I asked for 2 plain cheese burgers for the kids, I get buns with no patties in them.
