I had my baseboard Heaters stop working during the recent coldsnap, leaving my tenants without heat in -20 weather. Called NextGen and they were at the house within an hour and got the Heaters up and running, fair prices smd great service!

Will definitely use them again and will recommend to everyone. I had no power in sections of my home, spoke with Greg who had an electrician at my home the next day. I can't say enough about the service I received from the technician, he was awesome!! Fixed my issue in less than an hour, showed me what the problem was and showed my son how to properly install switches and covers. Amazing work, fast quality service and overall just awesome!! The work they do for the community shows the integrity of ownership and employees values. You guys rock

We had such a great experience when upgrading our electrical panel. The communication in regards to timing and power interruptions was really good. They were on time and stuck to the timeline we were given ahead of time. Reasonable cost when compared to the several other quotes we got. Will definitely reach out in the future for any electrical company needs!

I just want to send a HUGE shoutout to this company. I called around and by far this company gave me the most reasonable quote. They were Amazon to deal with and went above and beyond when in my home. They were polite and always told me exactly what was going on. We had a full panel upgrade and hot tub install and we couldn’t be any happier. Want to send a extra thank you to Nick who organized everything and went above and beyond to make this happen for us. There is an extra charge of $30 that they do not tell you up front about... it is called a service vehicle charge".. a hidden "fee" that I hope everyone reports to the Better Business Bureau!! or contact "Marketplace" and make them aware of what is going on! Maybe everyone that works outside of their home needs to charge EVERYONE they have business with a hidden fee of $30..."

TLDR; April 26, 2022, I had NextGen at my house to run network cables in the ceiling, they fell through my dining room ceiling and still haven't fixed it. They keep putting me off.On April 26, 2022, I had NextGen electricians in to run Cat6 network cable through the ceiling. During the install one of the electricians slipped and put a crack in our dining room ceiling. Nic contacted me right away and said that they would get it fixed for us. I paid my bills and waited for the repairs to take place, they never did. I've called multiple times over the last year and get told the same thing, they have me on their list of things to do but can't find anyone that wants to fix my ceiling. At one point they did have someone come over to look at the damage, they said that they could fix it, but would require redoing the whole ceiling and that they would send a quote to Nic; I never heard back about it. When I called Nic, he said the company didn't want to do the work. The feeling I get from NextGen is that they're hoping I just go away if they keep putting the repair off, which I have. I give up. If you do decide to go with NextGen for any work be careful. Their work was good, but if things go wrong like they did for me you could get stuck for thousands of dollars you hadn't budgeted for. See photos Nic requested at one point to placate me.

I don't normally have issues with anyone but I found the company owner Greg to be extremely arrogant and condescending and will no longer use this company for my projects going forward.

Full service electrical contractor with knowledgeable staff, organized admin and wonderful ownership. I've used them many times and always had very good work at a reasonable price.

This was a project to get an older home to pass a silver level certification. The quote was reasonable considering travel time and several days were involved. It's not unusual as they started digging, more things popped up, but it was expected to a degree. The final bill was almost double, however they were upfront about everything as they worked, very knowledgeable, I understood what was happening and it was essentially all approved on the fly. Very impressed with the quality of work and the inspection passed the first time! They have been awesome folks to deal with, highly recommend this business.
