MrPets

Finally a pet store that sells bettas humanely in tanks instead of in tiny plastic containers. They have a great fish section which is well looked after and a good variety of aquatic plants. They also have a fantastic selection of cat trees and scratchers. Photos are of my aquariums at home stocked with Mr. Pets items. The snail was free (goofy photo of him cleaning my floating plants!) :)

Went in with my son looking at reptile cages on sat the 3rd I do give them it was close to closing time not a customer in the store both girls just chatting at the till... did point us to the direction of the product looking for a bit no one came to see if we had any questions...did decide on the size of incloser went to the till to ask a few more questions....store still not closed but they just told us to come back tomorrow... I work in retail what these girls should learn is if you want repeat customers I would of been happy to come back the next day to pick things up if they did there job and gave some customer service answerd our questions and just started the sale and could have finished it the next day we would of been happy with that

It's rare to find people on minimum wage and think WOW

I'm not sure what's happening with this store but the stock seems a bit all over the place. Not very much for cats, I can get a better selection at the two other nearest pet stores, although I was able to get some Royal Canin food on sale one time. The animal adoption area seemed dirty and abandoned, in spite of there being animals there.

Always enjoy going Into petstores and finding goodies for my fur babies. Staff was super friendly, lots of selections, and not super over priced! Can't wait to see what kind of fish they'll carry, i lofed the the betta fish were in big tanks and not tiny cups!a, i also really enjoyed the huge open top tank, all the fish coming up to say hi and look for food. Will definitely stop in again when in Courtney.

It's nice to have another store to shop at. It's also fun to see the pets and check what lizards they have.

I would appreciate if more effort was put into customer service. I had my partner come by to grab some diatomaceous earth on the weekend while running errands and the person he assumed was the manager (older lady) told him they didn't carry it at that store. I put in an online order for it once he got back home and told me. The order was ready for pickup within a few hours at the same location. We really don't appreciate having to spend gas money running back to the other side of town the next day after he was off work to pick it up when someone could have just checked to confirm their stock when he was there the first time. I don't think I'll be shopping here again.

This place makes my towns Mr. Pets look like s***. Love how huge this store is and all the choices. Everything is clean and well organized. The fish section is crazy amazing! My husband was in awe over it! The fish look healthy, especially the betta being super bright and colorful. You can tell that the staff care about their store.

I'm only visiting from the mainland but I was lucky and got to see the arrival of a tonne of new animals today, they genuinely seemed very knowledgable and excited about their care. Looks like they're still a newer store and have to bring in more, but I got to pet a bunny, 10/10
