Always a good experience every time I go to any location. This was my first time at this store and the selection of vegan protein is fantastic. Same with BCAAs. The gentleman working was super helpful and nice as well. I love the reward program. It’s nice to shop somewhere that rewards you for your loyalty.

I called in advance explained my last visit was pre-pandemic and asked if the paper Popeye bucks were still valid.The response was “of course”.I asked if a product was in stock and the response was, “yes, can I put it aside for you?”When I arrived several hours later, product was waiting for me and service was friendly and cheerful.I value the staff’s friendly approach and knowledge of products.Historically, I’m never told what to buy, I’m told the intended use and benefits of each product.Always treated well at the Nairn Ave location.

Appreciated the knowledgeable staff. Took the time to listen and help me with the right product. I was impressed with them explaining the science behind the product. I also appreciated that they encouraged me to try the smaller quantity instead of trying to upsell me to the larger quantity. A sign of integrity. Will return and buy the right product if this one does not work for me.

I’ve been going to Popeyes for YEARS! However, when the pandemic hit, it went right out the window. Now that I’m back on another fitness journey, I went to this location (because it’s now the closest one that I live out of town) and I knew what I wanted, but didn’t realize things had changed so much. The blonde dude that helped me was SO knowledgeable and helped me so much decide what was best for me for what my goal was. Thanks to that guy!

Had my girlfriend pick up two items for me last night at this location. She got there 15 minutes before closing, showing them the exact photo of what she needed and one of the young men there was extremely rude to her, mumbling under his breath. She was very uncomfortable and felt unwelcome. I've never had an issue with friendliness at any Popeyes location and am always praising their customer service to people I talk to, we are from out of town so it's a little upsetting she had to deal with that. On a good note the other guy with him was super friendly, but I will stick to other locations from now on.

I’ve been shopping at Popeyes on Nairn for years. I’ve never encountered a poor experience and all/any questions I’ve have had been answered.The employees are very polite and a few even know me by name. They know my usuals and help me out on any current deals I may not be aware of.There’s a few supplement stores within the city and this one my go-to.I highly recommend this location!
