I was looking forward to going to this clinic for a much needed stress test but that has soured. The one thing I think these people need is a kinder demeaner, more patient respect, professionalism and empathy for patients. Unfortunately, some of us have had a bad year suffering and recovering from severe Covid which can take a year to rebound from and puts you in a bad position regarding having to take precautions before visiting any confined public space. That means the earliest appointments BEFORE others huff and puff for stress tests in a tiny room with no air purifiers or ventilation (which big city clinics all seem to have). Also, unfortunately, I had to cancel I believe 3 appointments over 4 months because of a snowstorm that shut the streets down and the usual train problem that plagues Winnipeg. Being a global executive with related responsibilities, the 3rd happened because of scheduling problems with a meeting timetable. Each time I called to inform (about 6 to 8 times to try and get through), but their phone system doesn't seem to work at times! Not good... and I wasn't using a Google phone" that they claimed causes this problem. I can't count how many times doctors have changed or been seriously late for my appointments (which has caused major headaches)... but I understand this happens and accept it. This place DOES NOT get this... On top of these things

as a new patient all I can say say is outstanding and confidence building!Just what a person needed when coming off a significant medical emergency.

Great front staff and excellent physician. The cardiac testing facility is clean, well run and the techs and everyone from the front staff to the Dr.Singh are exemplary.
