Blue Ridge Apartments

Water is constantly shut off.Elevator doors safety bumper doesn't work so the door hits you and won't stop.In 6 months none of the repairs have been done for the apartment that wasn't ready on the move in date.I had to put the covers back on light switches and wall outlets myself. I had to rehang my smoke detector. The apartment was supposed to be repainted and recarpeted upon move in. Only the living room and kitchen were painted, poorly.Only one carpet was replaced leaving me with a carpet stained and burned. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work so it gets really steamy and nicotine drips from the unpainted ceiling. My balcony is unsafe and I cant use it because I've already sustained an injury when my foot fell through it.i wouldn't risk putting any weight on that railing either. Nothing is done for the upkeep of the building and the pricing is way too high. This is the worst unit I've had since moving to BC in 2015. No updates since it was built 43 years ago. Even the gross carpets in the halls look like the originals.

Had to miss work today as I can't get out of my parking stall. Lot has not been cleared once since the snow season started. Roads are almost bare and there's 8 inches of snow and ice in our lot. I pay A LOT for rent.
