I got a new white Land Rover Defender and it was JUST TOO MUCH WHITE. Vaughn suggested a black satin panel on the hood and I can't believe how great it looks! Made a huge difference. Vaughn and his crew give fantastic service, use great quality products and charge fair prices. I have already told several friends about them.

The Factor Autofilm Team did a great job on wrapping the roof of my Jaguar XJL. Price competitive, very friendly staff and car was given back to me cleaner than when I left it

I would like to thank the team at Factor Auto Film for doing an amazing job on my 2009 Triumph ST 1050 Motorcycle.Having recently purchased the bike and discovering that it needed some paint repairs as all 9 panels seemed to be a different shade of blue. Some of it owed to sun fading and some to damages that had been caused by previous owners I decided to have the entire bike painted so that all the colors matched. Since all the paint was brand new and I had spent 15 hours wet sanding and polishing the finish to a brilliant shine I wanted to add some clear paint protection film to ensure the hard work was not in vain. LOL.With all the contours on the body panels on a motorcycle I assumed it would be challenge and they certainly rose to the occasion. The team at Factor did an amazing job of wrapping the lower cowl section of the front fairing, the scuff prone areas of the fuel tank and the side case painted covers. The clear paint protection film was applied flawlessly and they went above and beyond the call of duty by doing a larger area of the lower cowls than what I had originally asked as they said it made their job easier. Now that's being professional.I would gladly and happily recommend their services to anyone.

I don't even know where to start. Right from our first interactions with Von and the crew at Factor we were treated with such respect and professionalism. Every little ask we had was answered with full detailed answers, giving us feedback on colour options and explaining in great detail how the wrap and the paint protection film work. Once we picked our colour and brought the car in it was the much anticipated waiting game.Wow... If there was ever a time when the wait was worth it... This was it.I have never seen a car look identical to a professional paint job just from a wrap. I was and still am blown away from the quality of work and the final outcome.With his busy schedule, Von still found time to answer all and any questions we had via e-mail or a phone call. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would.If there's anybody looking into getting their car wrapped. The shop is awesome, it's clean and all the color choices for vinyl are on the wall as you walk in. Not only this but Von was super helpful and got me sorted right awa.He told me I had to do a bit of prep work on the tank but that was no big deal.When I came back with the tank, Jesse helped me out and also filled me in with some more info and we got it all sorted.I got the tank back after a week and I'm pumped with how it turned out and looks on my bike. I went with the Diamond white color.I also got a few more fenders wrapped and they turned out awesome.

Forgot to post a review on google lol. But Factorautofilm is the best place to get your wrap, PPF, tints done no matter where you are, just drive to Kelowna and visit the shop!! Von and his team were pleasant to deal with from start to finish. It’s refreshing dealing with the level of professionalism Factor Film has to offer. I had a full PPF Xpel Fusion done on my car. The look from the film made my purple pop even more. After 6 months, the job Von did with his team still looks great and Im sure the protection will last a long time. Thanks Factor Film!

Extremely impressed with the work Von and the crew did on my R1T. Had the entire truck ppf'd and tinted, you can't even tell the truck is protected other than it having a richer colour and higher gloss. The level of professionalism on drop off and pick up was the best I have ever dealt with in the okanagan, you can tell they care and will do their best! definitely get your work done here!

My husband and I were so pleased with the tint job to our truck! We had just the stock Ford tint on the windows beforehand but since our 6 month old is always in the back, he typically gets sun in his face constantly, not anymore with the 5% tint we now have on the windows it will not only protect my son from UV rays it makes my truck look that much better!! Thank you guys for your amazing service and for the friendly ride to and from your shop!!
