Our sink became clogged Sunday afternoon:( Nasip called me back quickly, and an appointment was scheduled for today. He showed up exactly on time and did a clean, professional job, and life is now back to normal. Thank you Nasip!

They fixed my nightmare faucet situation in 16 minutes and 21 seconds!Okay, it took longer than that but for good reason. There was a saw involved. The old faucet was stuck. I felt bad because they had to stay a lot longer than expected and it was getting late. The boys handled it though, and they were friendly and fun to talk to.

We had this plumbing issue in our basement that we've been dealing with for years. We've tried different plumbers, but it never seemed to work out. Either they took our deposit and disappeared or we just couldn't afford to pay for the whole repair. It was frustrating, to say the least. But then we stumbled upon Main Drain Plumbing and decided to give them a shot. And boy, are we glad we did! They were able to offer us financing options, which was a huge relief. And the best part? They were able to completely rebuild our plumbing system that same day.I have to give a special shoutout to our technician, Nasip. They were seriously the best repair person we've ever had. They were so kind, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. And get this - we found out that Main Drain Plumbing also has an HVAC department. So, I'm pretty sure we'll be sticking with them for any future heating repairs we may need. Overall, we cannot recommend Main Drain Plumbing enough!
