All departments are fantastic. Sales, parts and service all went out of their way to make things easy for us and it felt like we were dealing with people who cared about the product and really cared that we were walking away happy. Couldn't recommend them more.

I experienced car trouble on a recent visit to BC. The service at Marv Jones Honda was excellent - they diagnosed and repaired the problem and recommended and supplied new tires (the tread on the old tires was too worn for the drive back to Ontario). A complimentary tire and fluid check was provided prior to my return trip. I truly appreciated the wonderful service and highly recommend the service department at this Honda dealer. Thank you for helping to ensure my safety for the long drive back!

Do not recommend this dealership. We purchased used vehicle (infiniti qx60) from here but already have several issues. They sold a car with non working seat belt sensor. It’s such a basic safety feature but they failed to notice the issue or they knew the problem but just sold the car without informing us. It should’ve been fixed before delivery. Not responsible at all. Luckily, the seat belt sensor issue was covered by infiniti warranty so it’s been fixed by Infiniti, but now it has the suspension issue and more to come I guess?. Obviously they didn’t inspect this car properly prior to selling. We contacted Marv Jones but they won’t do anything about it. Very poor customer service. Honda brand itself might sell. But do not recommend buying any used vehicles here. They have very low standards of safety inspection of the used vehicles. And they don’t take responsibility of products they sold with problems. Do not recommend purchasing cars here.

I brought my car into Marv Jones to be serviced due to some issues I was experiencing.They were quick to diagnose the issue and had my car back on the road that very same day!Allan in the maintenance department was very helpful with providing all the details I needed to make a decision regarding my repairs.I will continue to get my car serviced here, as they are caring, honest and extremely professional!Thanks again for the pleasant experience Allan!

We went to look at several used vehicles but sales person Kevin was unable to answer basic car related questions. He often said I don’t know. The sales manager Nick made us very uncomfortable as well and gave us very low trade in value compared to other dealerships. Also he was not willing to fix any flaws in used vehicles. Why would you buy cars here??? We ended up not buying here. Avoid this dealership!!!

Visited this outlet to get our vehicle serviced. Had pleasant experiences throughout the process. Booked an appointment online, showed up with the vehicle at the promised time and checked in the vehicle with the help of Jon. All the expected charges were explained to me. He even booked an Uber trip for me back home (which is a first I have seen in a Honda dealership). Sent me a link as well to monitor the progress of the work being done. No unwanted surprise charges were waiting for me when I went to pick up the vehicle later in the day. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get your vehicle serviced. Thanks for your service.

If I could give zero stars I would… my partner and I had come to this dealership over the weekend intending to buy a new vehicle. We had asked to get his used car appraised to see if we can knock down the price a bit and before we ever gotten to that part, the manager on site broke my partners driver door!!! Which of course is the only way to get into the vehicle! The manager was no where in site after that! Why jam the key into the slot and turn it aggressively the wrong way?! The sales guy tried to say it’s because it’s an older vehicle but over the years my partner has had this vehicle and not once did we have a problem!! Now his door lock is broken and the manager wouldn’t even bother to come outside and help! Took my partner an hour to get the key out. Unbelievable!!!! Never going back again!!!

Was missing plastic cover pieces under engine. They did estimate and ordered all the parts I thought. I had to bring to their attention that they missed a part leaving gap underneath. It was explained by service guy that not all honda fits are the same and gap should be there. ( air flow he said lol) They were wrong. I went to parts dept myself to identify missing piece. Now they say they will install it without labor. But they should have caught it in the first place. I questioned mechanic about gap right away but he said he never worked on very many fits and didn't know. I won't be returning. At least they finished the job later without charging for labor but just surprised how a Honda dealership can be so incompetent about they're own cars. Service guy was at least friendly in the end. I guess mistakes happen but kind of lost my faith in them.

Customer service needs to be worked on. My original plan was to call and tell a manager my concerns about my experience so they could provide better training for the specific salesperson but I did not receive a response after leaving a message so here is my critiques on Ayden’s salesmen training.I wanted to trade in my vehicle, and purchase a new/used vehicle. Ayden insisted that he needed my insurance information so his boss could assess my vehicle and give me a trade in rate. Once retrieving my insurance for him, ayden pushed it aside and told me he had the perfect car for me before I had even told him anything about my interests. It is important to me when I’m making a large purchase and need guidance, that the person assisting me listens to my needs. Ayden could use some help zeroing in on the needs of clients, to better understand what vehicles to suggest. Ayden could not take no for an answer when I said the vehicles that he told me were perfect for me, were not actually what I was interested in. This made car shopping so uncomfortable and awkward because no matter how many times I told him I didn’t want it test drive cars that I wasn’t interested in, I couldn’t just up and leave because he had my insurance papers. Eventually I had to start subtly walking away and guiding him back to his desk so I could take my papers and leave. Ayden shared with me that he drives a 2003 Mazda with all its error lights on which made me feel like he didn’t actually have adequate knowledge of vehicles, or proper maintenance. Ayden did not give me a trade in rate for my car, and continued to push the vehicle that we were previously standing in front of. I think I dodged a bullet not purchasing from this dealership considering their lack of dedication to their customer.My advice is that you’d be better off going to Toyota and talking to Dave for assistance instead.
