Anchor Towing & Recovery Ltd.

They were the 5th company I called, and the only one that answered. Arrived in about 45 minutes. Had the car out of the ditch in no time and towed home 15 minutes away. Service was great! Unfortunately, I feel like they gouged me, charging $230. I later had the car towed to a shop a lot further away by another company for only $100.

Like always the best service, everyone so kind. Thanks Lawrence for you service he is the best one super professional and super kind.The best service in the city!!!

Lawrence came and got me out of a jam with a dead battery lightning fast and was super friendly in the process, thanks Lawrence!

When I called they quoted me $70 with all the information I gave them (in detail) and once they completed the job they charged us $145 and didn’t even negotiate price. Very frustrating!!!

Very poor service. Poor quality control. The Receptionist is a rude and ignorant person who uses fowl language ever second word. AKA Ace towing. Same company. I personally would never use again. I don't know how the company is still around.

I am genuinely surprised by the mixed reviews as I can honestly say I don't know what we would have done tonight without Anchor Towing and our amazing towing agent Lawrence! Had the misfortune of our car refusing to start in a parking lot after running some errands. Our roadside assistance plan set us up with Anchor Towing to bring us to a local garage. Lawrence showed up on scene with a friendly smile, ready to help us in any way he could. Thankfully, as a seasoned professional, he knew some wonderful tricks of the trade and was able to get us back up and running (without the costly visit of a garage mechanic). He was knowledgeable about various makes and models and knew just the thing to try to bring the engine to turn over - and it's now running with ease. Such a warm-hearted and genuine person, Lawrence truly made a stressful situation feel like it was nothing at all. Cannot recommend this company enough. Owner should be proud of such a fantastic employee. (Whatever he's making, he deserves a raise!) 10/10, would absolutely use again (but fingers crossed it won't be necessary!)

I always have a great experience with Anchor, they are very helpful and usually pretty quick. I recently had a flat tire in an area of a busy street that wasn’t safe for me to change myself, I called CAA and they told me it would take up to 4 hours for someone to get there so I called anchor instead and they were there within 30mins!

Lawrence was fast, well before expected time.Treated my vehicle with care.Accomadating and friendly. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Call someone else!They said they would be 40minutes. I gave them my number indicating the area code and the rest of the digits. I called an hour later. She said they had called and called but no answer on my behalf so they had left. She never asked me to repeat my number initially so I assumed she understood it...which they did not. Very rude service as well.

I used their service to tow my car to dealership.The driver that towed my car was very professional and considerate and I really enjoyed his customer service (I lost one of my tires and studs) and how he cared to not make any damage to my car.Only downside was: They weren’t on time at all (they said 30 min but they showed up in 50 min).
