Romero's Restaurant
I wish I could be more positive, but my wife and I did not enjoy our meal. The chicken parmesan was way over cooked and covered in cheddar cheese??? Very busy place, and they have a loyal customer following, but I will pass.

My husband and I had such a wonderful evening. The staff were amazing! We were never left waiting. The food was FANTASTIC! It was such a peaceful and relaxing setting. We will definitely be going back!

From start to finish everything was excellent. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I had the Romero linguine and it was excellent. The service was great. It was one of our better dining experiences in Guelph. You work hard for your money and want good value when spending it on a meal? You won’t go wrong at Romero’s. I highly recommend them.

It was a very family oriented restaurant, the menu had a lot to choose from. The staff+ owner is super friendly and welcoming. The calamari was an excellent choice, very generous portion, the Phyllo pastry with creamed spinach (a menu special for that day) it was tasty but needs a better dipping sauce.I had the hot and spicy (linguine I changed the pasta for penne) tasty but definitely not hot and spicy enough for me, my friend had the grilled chicken breast, the breast was overdone. Angel hair fungi and angel hail fruitti di mare our friends said it was tasty. The house Pinot Grigio I recommend.

We've been to Romero's several times in the last year. The food is always excellent. The hospitality is warm and the table service is very friendly and efficient. They really take care of you. Highly recommend the seafood linguine and the lasagne. Their salads are also fantastic.

We had reservations, staff were prompt on seating us. Food was delicious, all were happy with the quality and portions.Service was lacking. Drink refills did not happen unless asked (non alcoholic and alcoholic) did not bring ordered drinks but they were on the bill (this was rectified)When delivering food to table, staff should follow server who took orders and should place food out instead of asking everyone who ordered what. Just that little bit extra would make it a 5starOverall, very nice restaurant with great food.

Food/atmosphere excited four senses, sound, sight, smell and taste! From the time we sat down to the time we left the attention was fantastic! Server/manager knew her recommendations and what went well together! We traveled an hour and a half to get there and it was more than worth the drive! The only problem is when I will have time off to get there again! But regardless we will be back!

The mushrooms are so good. The meat is cooked at a level. But their creme brûlée didn’t seem to be bought so made In-store and very good.

Very disappointed with my Souvlaki dinner. $25 for two skinny skewers, a cup of rice and fries instead of proper potatoes (I couldn't believe I opened the box to French fries in a Souvlaki dinner). Food was only Ok, chicken was o ercooked and over seasoned and really just massively ocer priced for the small portion you get. Won't be going back when there are so many better options around the town.

We ordered Romero’s for the first time tonight and it was more than delicious! My 2 kiddos loved it so much they were fighting over it and cleaned their plates like never before. We really enjoyed it and will order again!!
