Michael Hill Lynden Park

I purchased my wedding bands here and have received nothing but exceptional service every time I had gone in to make a payment. Management and staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. I picked my wedding band up yesterday and was served by the manager. He was incredible while serving me (and my sister). Will definitely make more frequent shopping trips at this location.

Quick note I have never bought any jewelry from Michael Hill. I came in today to get my jewelry cleaned, and the customer service I got from Rachel was delightful. Putting a great job she did with the cleaning aside. She was very social and engaging, asking how my day was etc., which is very good because I find too many people to be shy or socially awkward. Little interactions like this can make someone’s day. Thank you, Rachel.

Our sales consultant Sharon was absolutely wonderful! She helped us snag a great deal, and was so beyond kind the whole time. Made the experience even more memorable when buying my partner his ring. Thanks a ton :)

It’s crazy how excited they get you, and then leave out all the important details of what really matters. Originally when I got the ring, I was told it was tax free payments for 2 years which sounded super great at the time, and guess who’s been getting taxed on it for a year now? Charade. I should’ve known better but they also failed to mention that they would be sending a letter to my address stating what was owed on the ring. Would’ve been nice to know before my fiancée found it for me… I thought I would let that go but after finding out about the tax, I’m just fed up with the way brantford Michael hill handled the entire thing for me. For what should be a 5 star place to buy a ring for someone, I would never recommend going there to anyone. I genuinely believe it was more important for them to want to make a sale than my own happiness and my fiancées for that matter. Poor communication on there part entirely, and even when I called back originally about getting the letter, it was ooops sorry out of our hands now. Just a terrible attitude to have at a high class jewelry store in my opinion. I hope no one has to deal with them like I had to. Also the woman that dealt with me was named Dawn, hope she doesn’t screw anyone else over! If she even works there still…

Are not really friendly. Went to get my engagement ring sized. They told me I needed new diamonds, which diamonds last forever. To get my ring sized they wanted 1800.00. I went to another jeweller in brantford and paid 150.00, to get it sized and to have the diamond claws fixed. They even cleaned my ring for me! I would go else where!

Awful quality. The large diamond in my engagement ring fell out after only having it for a year. We've had multiple issues with customer service when it came to getting our wedding bands but now they are giving me a hard time about replacing the diamond even tho we have life time warranty. Would not recommend getting jewelry from here at all

Sold us a simulated emerald as a real emerald. Returned it because we wanted real and they misrepresented the item. Will never deal with this store again as no one is educated is what they are selling.
