From the moment we called (at 11pm, sorry) ABC has treated me and my family with compassion & care. I could not have picked a better place to take care of my stillborn son. I want to give a huge thank you to Matt, Janelle & everyone else on the team. Everything went super smoothly, and they even stayed behind after 5pm to let me and my family say goodbye. Truly, they made my son's final arrangements and cremation as easy as it could be.

When my father lost his battle with cancer, I had spent so much time thinking about his care and illness, but not about what I needed to do after. They helped me immensely to navigate through the confusion, answering all my questions and providing me with information I didn’t know I needed. Thank you Mindy, for your gentle demeanour and guidance. It made a terribly distressing time that much easier.

Eventhough I live in the U.S., Peter and Janelle offered me empathetic care in arranging my Dad’s last wishes. Professional and quality services. Thank you!

Do not trust these people. Stole from my mother in-laws deceased body and stopped returning our calls. We are already grieving her loss and now have to deal with the fact they Stole from our family.

In August of 2022 my wife Jackie Phillips passed away after a battle with cancer. Prior to that we had pre paid our arrangements through ABC. The response from the team at ABC was timely starting from the time Matt and Janelle came to the hospice to collect her. During the time they were there they were respectful and treated my wife with dignity and were so compassionate with our family. During our appointment with Mindy to finalize all the paperwork she was kind respectful and knowledgeable. We even had a few laughs.Thank you to the team at ABC for going above and beyond and making our experience with them easier at a difficult time.You are all kind and compassionate people. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This place does only the bare minimum to keep it “Affordable”. And it’s barely that. You never talk to the same person twice. My mom died and they did not help my dad and me with anything. We had to file all the papers on our own. I don’t actually know what we really got for what we paid because it was a lot of money and we don’t even know when or where my mom’s ashes will be scattered. My dad has been a wreck and ABC made this whole thing harder, not easier, as they advertise. They never answer the phone and there’s no personal touch or compassion. It’s about money. Find anywhere else and I’m sure you’ll get more for your money.

Poor communication during process. They Booked a phone call appt. to Book a phone call appointment to book another phone call appt, for them not to call back at the booked time. No apology. They Filled out partial paperwork incorrectly now have to provide receipts of funeral expenses. Funeral Director wrote me starting with As you are aware"

Highly recommend. Mindy & staff were professional, honest, thorough and compassionate through what was otherwise a horrible time in life. Can't thank them enough for their guidance and support.

Recently lost my father. Called ABC and came in and saw Natalie. She was excellent and so kind and caring. Led us through every step paying great attention to what we wanted. We understood everything that was going on. Left feeling at peace. Got the call that everything was done and met Peter (sorry I'm not sure of name). He was also excellent. Explained all the paperwork, got everything sorted out and was so kind. I would highly recommend this company . It made a terrible time of our lives so much easier. Thank you, ABC

Never ever trust these dispicable people. Unfortunatly when they picked up my mom she still had a gold hoop and diamond earrings on. I was told by a police officer that the funeral home would return these items to me when I pick up my mom's ashes. Well they never did return them to my family. And when I called they tried to tell me my mom had no jewelry on her. Funny cause then when I mentioned it was a police officer who told me they stopped returning my calls. Unfortunatly it now becomes a civil matter. Well guess what...my family is not going away.....your disgusting stealing from the deceased and a family already in mourning.
