Lisa was so amazing to work with, she listened to what I wanted but also provided great ideas to help! The flowers for my wedding were absolutely stunning and very reasonably priced! They held up well all day, and smelt so good. She even let us pick them up on her day off so that they would be fresh for our Sunday wedding, we appreciated her flexibility. Thank you so much Lisa! I would 100% recommend Lisa and Crescent Gardens!

We used this florist for our wedding a year ago. (I kept meaning to write a review). I was so impressed with how friendly and personal every experience was. He sat with us and discussed price ranges and floral arrangements. I had given him a photo of what I was after and the day of the wedding they were delivered on time and we're PERFECT! They were everything I had hoped for. At the ceremony I got to see the centerpieces for the first time. I had no idea what they would look like. Because I was making wooden crates, I wanted more wild flowers. Something very organic and rustic, and he did just that!!! They honestly were better than I expected. We had so many compliments. Both of us were so happy with he outcome and with the entire experience. He was so helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

If I could rate you ZERO stars, I would.They will take your money without delivering the goods. Apparently attempting a delivery and finding no one home is good enough for them to charge the delivery fee. When asked where a disclosure is listed stating delivery fees cannot be refunded if your order is canceled, I was told there isn't a disclosure when ordering and was told they don't have to have a disclosure. We were also given a weather report currently in Fort Erie (we live right across Lake Erie in Buffalo). Apparently due to treacherous road conditions and the possibility of the flowers freezing if left on the porch AND leaving said flowers on someone's front porch is just a red flag that invites porch pirates.Congratulations to you, @crescentgardensflorist for making $10 the easy way ... especially when the drive from your shop is 5 minutes from the intended recipient. Kudos to you for hanging up on us as well.

I ordered one of the arrangements listed on their website. Though I was happy with the ordering and delivery process, when I saw a photo of the bouquet that was delivered I was shocked by the substitutions they had made.I ordered the 'Painterly Pink Bouquet' which is listed as having: hot pink roses, peach spray roses, pink asiatic lilies, pink gerberas, dark pink alstroemeria, pink stock, green hypericum, spiral eucalyptus and camellia leaves. Delivered in a pink cube vase.The arrangement that arrived had purple roses instead of pink, no spray roses, no lilies, no hypericum, no eucalyptus, no gerberas. The only pink was in the carnations that weren't part of the original arrangement. Even the vase was lacking pink!The company's substitution policy states states the following: Substitution Policy:Occasionally

Our flowers were absolutely stunning. We had numerous compliments on the day of our wedding about how gorgeous our arrangements were. Lisa was amazing to deal with and was so organized, her execution of my vision was amazing. I would use this florist again in a heartbeat. I'm so glad we entrusted Wayne and Crescent Gardens with our 11/22/19 wedding! It was the third generation of weddings for my family.Wayne was amazing in helping us plan and was honest in things we could and couldn't do with flowers that were and weren't in season. His centrepieces really bought the reception space together and made the reception space exceptionally beautiful. My bridal bouquet was stunning, as were my girls' bouquets. I loved the added speciality flowers we were able to add to my matron of honour's bouquet. Everything they did was spectacular!!! I would highly recommend them!!! I thank you!!

Ordered a sympathy arrangement. Gave clear instructions on what colors we wanted and what flowers we did not want. Not only were the flowers we did not want making up a huge portion of the arrangement there were random colors and flowers just shoved into the arrangement. Extremely disappointed. Will never order from here again.

Crescent Gardens did my wedding flowers and they turned out more beautiful than anything I imagined! Going into the planning process, my ideas were somewhat vague as I was not really a Pinterest type of bride. No worries here as Wayne has the best taste of any florist! Now my husband sends me flowers based off our centre pieces every year on our anniversary and they are always just as beautiful! Do yourself a favour and let Crescent gardens be creative!

I wish I could give Crescent Gardens a higher rating than 5 stars! I live in the GTA and this morning I called to ask for delivery of an arrangement to our friends in Fort Erie. Mary was wonderful, she took the time to listen and worked with me to ensure she put together an appropriate arrangement. She had it finished and delivered by noon! I was amazed when we received a thank you within hours of placing the order with a photo of the stunning arrangement! The flowers are beautiful and it was reasonably priced. There is nothing better than calling and speaking directly to the person who will create an arrangement specifically tailored to your personal requests. Thank you Mary and the rest of the team at Crescent Gardens!

Very disappointed... I understand the place is under new ownership, not sure if they are aware of how high the previous owners standards were.We have always used and loved Crescent Gardens, but will not be ordering again after the Mother's Day flowers that my mother in law received.So disappointing, mostly fern leaves and greenery, hardly any flowers, definitely NOTHING even remotely close to what I asked for. Definitely not worth what we paid.
