Total Battery

My daughter has an old battery powered jeep that I got second hand and it needed a new battery. I searched everywhere and was referred here. David was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed! He rewired the battery charger cables on the battery for me, and even brought it to me in my car! Less than 15 minutes of excellent service - highly recommend for all your battery needs!

Very poor service extremely rude to women specifically's they don't care if you travel two hours to get to their store to tell you there was a mistake and they don't have your batteries even if they called seeing your batteries were in to confirm you can pick them up or. An apologetic and rude on top of that. Staff Telling you your best to order online through Amazon.

This is an edit to an older review. I am noting this as part of my update to let customers know that if you ever have a problem with either product support or customer service, it is taken care of in a timely and respectable manner.In the past I have had some not so great experiences with the Nepean location but after hearing of my concern, I was contacted by the president of Total Battery Group of Companies himself, and my concerns were quickly put to rest.It should be noted that the new staff are great and genuine care for customer service is taken seriously. They are very knowledgable about their products and if they don't have what you need, I am confident they can point you in the right direction.

They helped me swap in the correct replacement of APC UPS batteries and test that the old batteries were the problem before buying new ones. They also knocked a little bit off the price for leaving my old batteries with them when I asked. It was a good experience and I will buy from them again.

These guys are great. They can help you find rare batteries plus they have a big selection of car, boat, motorcycle, cordless tool and appliance batteries. They can also rebuild some batteries. They are my go to for good prices and good service.

Never ask for technical advice from the counter staff at this location. The staff here changes frequently and they lack expertise to give you any knowledgeable quote - even though they pretend to know to get a sale.If you are looking for advice in solar power this is not the place to go.I was told my batteries were no good, upsold me new batteries, just to find out my batteries were fine and I didn’t need new or more batteries. Now can not return without paying 20%. Scam artists. Be warned.

Bought a car battery here in 2017, and it started giving trouble recently, car wouldn't start anymore. So I removed the battery and brought it to them to test it under warranty. They tested it, and removed some corrosion on terminals due to battery acid leakage, and said the battery was fine. The salesman then accused me of trying to get a free battery for no reason! Avoid them unless you have a special battery that you can't get anywhere else.

These guys are amazing. Incredible customer service (super fast responses with exactly what I needed) and killer prices. Just got some new coach batteries for my camper van and they crushed absolutely every other source for solar AGM batteries. Highly recommend!

Bought two batteries a year ago they were having trouble in the cold. Employee refused to exchange them under warranty. Said he tested them and there still good. These junk batteries do not hold up in Canadian winter. Save your money go elsewhere.I bought 2 new batteries and my equipment is working fine. Never had another issue after I removed your cheap batteries.UPDATENew batteries I purchased from Case are still working strong after 3 winters. There is no and never was a problem with my equipment. The batteries in my diesel truck also had to be replaced I didn't even bother trying to exchange them because they are junk I wouldn't use them for free.

HiI’m not much for reviews as I am a man who believes in a handshake. Be it as it may I’ve come to respect and appreciate the fine folk at the Nepean Total battery. I come here and have been treated fairly and greated with a familiar smile.I’ve come to trust and count on their advice and customer service. Dave has always been their for me, given me positive advice and real deals. To me that means a product that lasts and has little to no maintenance. He also investigates new products or specific products to my needs.Thanks for that, a life long customer
