Machine ate my brand new 200.00 comforter after it scammed me for money. The whole place wreaks of weed. No number to even complain.

UPDATE: a complaint has been posted on the better business bureau. Her daughter has also addressed me online. They donated $30 to the Salvation Army rather than the $75 they said. No one deserves to be treated the way they have treated me.If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went because I had to get my comforter washed as my machine wasn’t working. I’ve use laundromats before moving to Collingwood and never had an issue washing this comforter. Not only did one of her washers eat my money, but her supposedly brand new dryer burned my comforter after 15 minutes on a low setting! I reached out calmly requesting the cost of the damaged comforter as I had to go purchase a new one. Gill (the owner) said she’d give me $25. What am I supposed to do with that? Buy a pillow case? She was rude, unprofessional, and abrupt. I have no idea how she got my email but began emailing me. When I told her my next steps, she spitefully said she will be making a donation of $75 in my name. Frankly, I don’t believe her based on her emails, which I have saved.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAUNDROMAT. THEY SCAM PEOPLE. It is dirty, smells terribly of weed, and the owner is rude.

I went there to do a couple of loads inbetween moving. The entire place was filthy including the machines. Two washers ate my money, probably about $10. Finally found one that worked. I left a phone msg with the owners and had no response. Avoid!

Small washers and dryers that are expensive for the size. The one washer left my clothes soaking wet. I have had to add additional money to the dryers as my clothes are still wet despite putting them on high for 45 minutes. The washroom is clean but does not have any supplies.

If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. We went here for the first time today. Put some cash to get coins and coin dispenser took our money and never gave any coins. There were no people or staff or even a phone number to ask for assistance.Stay away from this scamming and cheating place.

Numerous machines appeared to take my coins and not work. Luckily, I was the only customer that afternoon could use the few machines that took my money properly
