The facilities (studios and change rooms) are well set up but I am most impressed with the instructors and the classes. The instructors are all friendly and welcoming and the classes are a nice mix of strengthening, balance and flexibility/stretching. The instructors add emphasis on breathing and other meditation techniques but are not over-the-top".My mood is better

Invati is such a great addition to Lake Country! I've attended many different class styles with different instructors and all are really wonderful! The studio is always so welcoming with friendly staff and the smoothie bar next door is awesome! I would definitely recommend this studio for the new or experienced yogi!

Invati Yoga studio in Lake Country is fantastic!I am new to yoga and found the introduction nothing but welcoming and supportive. The instructors are both knowledgeable and encouraging and never have I felt out of place if a pose was challenging for me. The facility is always spotless and offers a variety of classes and times. The members at the studio are also very inviting - truly a group of people of all skill levels and backgrounds that are there for themselves and share a passion for practice.I can not recommend the studio enough!

Amazing studio with a warm and inviting atmosphere - I was visiting from out of town but felt comfortable the minute I walked in. Friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable staff and the vegan café next door was delicious (try their smoothies and homemade protein balls - you will NOT be disappointed).What stood out to me the most though was the community vibe and connectedness, which truly makes this studio great.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a yoga studio!

This place feels like home. It's so much more than a yoga studio, it bring together a community like no other, I feel so connected and love taking part in the workshops, there is always something more to take part of and the positivity and encouragement from the instructors makes me always coming back for more. Always growing together in this gem of a community! Blessed to have found this place!

Invati is like my second home! I started my yoga and healing journey about 2 months ago after a few concussions, it has now become part of my everyday life! I look forward to showing up knowing that I will feel better when I leave. Kelsey has changed my life more than she will ever know! During yoga practice her positive words, her calming voice and her overall positive approach to life is truly inspiring! It can be hard to get myself to my mat but once I am there it is amazing! I am so thankful that she is so accepting of everyone’s differences, she never judges anyone and is always there to help you. I look forward to going to class even if i’m not feeling my best because I know I will not be judged or looked down at! Thank you Invati and Kelsey for everything! You will not be disappointed when you start going to this amazing place!

If you are looking for a yoga community, then Invati is the place. I've had an annual pass for over 2 years and cannot recommend Kelly and the amazing teachers enough. They support all students wherever they are at in their yoga journey. The first class is free so why not check it out!
