I’ve always found solid customer service at the Oakville Place store but even within that context, my latest experience was exceptional.Investigating whether I needed to buy a size up in my ski boots, I met Chris. After a thorough boot fit, he was skeptical that my boots were too small and encouraged me to bring them in for a look.He showed me how to adjust the buckles, put them in the heat molder to make them more flexible (they’d been stored for a few years) and gave me tips on how best to store them to retain the shape.Problem solved.When I asked how much the boot fit was, Chris replied, “Nothing. We’re here to help.”And that right there is how you build customer loyalty.Thanks Chris!

Staff is always on point but stock variety could be better.

This is a.good sportswear shop, pretty big selection. It's in the mall so convenient to get to while shopping for other things as well.The service was great we had a very nice salesman Omari who knew his products well, was passionate about shoes and really knew the difference and.the benefits.. 5 stars to him!

This SportChek has a very large variety of items, almost guaranteed to find what you are looking for, and most importantly the staff is very hospitable; they were very helpful in locating all the gears I was looking for. Special recognition for Adam at the cashier, he truly went above and beyond in answering all my questions, he wasn’t only patient and knowledgeable about the products, but he also knew the Triangle Rewards Program very well. He assisted me for the sign up process and even gave me insights about the MasterCard as well. Thank you and see you again soon!

I had a phenomenal experience working with Bill during my most recent visit. I was searching for a stick of eye-black for a few weeks and every location I had gone to - both Sport Chek and other providers - was sadly out of stock. I gave the Oakville Place location a call and was kindly transferred to Bill who gave me not only amazing service, but a few laughs as we discussed my acquisition to find this product.Luckily, the store had two items left in stock. Upon arrival, Bill greeted me with a big smile and assured that I got my product quickly and at ease; putting them aside for me immediately during our initial phone conversation. He made my experience at Sport Chek one of the best i’ve had and brought forth great conversation as well. Thank you so much Bill for making my day a lot brighter. I’ll definitely be making the trip to this location again!

Absolutely worst customer experience. After that many years of shopping there; my family and I are never going back. A shame to a brand used to be associated with quality products and services

Initially, I was concerned because I had misplaced my receipt, making it difficult to resolve the situation. However, I was fortunate to have Leila assist me.Leila's professionalism and knowledge were evident as she patiently listened to my concerns. She promptly took action to rectify the situation, showing exceptional problem-solving skills. Despite the absence of a receipt, Leila went above and beyond to find a suitable solution for me.I have been a regular customer at Sport Chek, and this experience further solidifies my trust in the staff's abilities.
