SERVPRO of Eastern Niagara County

I don’t normally post reviews but Servpro of North Niagara County , were fantastic when our basement flooded 2 weeks ago. General Manager Chris Christodoulides, was prompt and took control explaining what we needed to do and what was going to happen. The basement dried after two days, when two workers ripped out and discarded the carpeting. Everyone was very nice and professional we didn’t mind them in our home and were actually grateful for them . We highly recommend Servpro , but hope you never need this service

I'd seriously consider using a different service. A week ago a rep came out because I had a sewer backup. I was told I would get an estimate from him that day. Nothing. Called the call center on Tuesday, they verified my email and said I would get it that day. Nothing. Wednesday, same thing. Thursday I called and gave a different email for the estimate. Guess what? Nothing showed up. I get other emails at these addresses so the problem is obviously on their end. I tried to call Timothy, the person who came out all last week, and he never answered his phone, and his voice mailbox was always full" so I couldn't leave a message.Meanwhile

These guys were beyond FANTASTIC!! James Renford & Jeff Toner are the absolute biggest assets to this company. Professional, punctual and the fact that they communicated with me all during the process. My house was flooded and thanks to them now water free. These guys are a class act.

I called servepro to clean my crawlspace of debris and clear up a few spots of mold. They told me during the quote they could vacuum the mold spores out because I'm highly allergic and they could sand a few floor joist down and retreat them that had pretty deep mold in it. And also scrub down a few walls that were moldy and had calcium deposits. I agreed to this service and made a down payment. When they arrived. 2 guys showed up with rags and said the were told they didn't need any equipment and they'd be done pretty quick. They didn't wear head lamps and couldn't see over their heads so they did a bad job at wiping the mold down. Then when I pointed it out they said it's just stains" but I can wipe them off either my finger and it's NOT stains. Didn't touch the debris in the crawlspace at all and left all the mold spores floating in my crawl space which led me to have an asthma attack and break out in hives. My 3 year old child was also sent to the Dr for asthma and servere allergic reactions. She's now on 3 different medications to help her heal. When I called the office they said they could bring an air scrubber and I agreed. When they brought the scrubber they broke a brand new light fixture in my crawlspace and didn't mention it to me at all. Didn't apologize or even say it happened. Not only was I bait and switched on the service provided. But my children and i were exposed to the mold that were highly allergic to. My health suffered and they damaged my property. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. No one deserves what I got."

After the flood in my home, I was absolutely devastated. The team from this company were true life-savers. They came promptly, assessed the damage, and worked tirelessly to restore my home to its former state. I can't thank them enough!
