I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company through several moves with my Elderly Mother. I was from the start amazed with the speed and efficiency in which Karol (the owner of this company) worked!AND the care and consideration given to my Mom through the process. Over and over again the experience was 2nd to NONE! The respect, care and genuine consideration given Mom, myself and Mom's belongings was amazing. We are talking through about 7 moves. ALWAYS on time, Pricing was more than fair and Karol brought the boxes to pack AND picked them up once we were done with them.Mom won't be moving anymore, but I tell you, I will recommend this woman and her company to everyone and anyone. The service is stellar!

We have had Green Way Packers pack for us for two moves now, and we cannot say enough good things about Caryl and her team. Their expertise really does make for a smoother and safer move, as they are on top of several important details we never would have thought of. They are efficient, professional, take great care with our belongings, and above all, are so kind and personable. They took the time to do a thorough walk-through with us to make a plan, and included our young daughter in this as well, which really made her day. An overall great experience.

I called Green Way Packers to ask some information that they, unfortunately, couldn't help me with.But Carol was extremely helpful in putting me in touch with services that might be able to help, going completely out of her way and taking time to help me out.

We were in desperate need of help to pack our home after we sold it as we were tight for time. We hired Caryl to help us pack.This service did save us time but not without a few hiccups.We had a couple of totes with a note specifically indicating that we did not want these items packed for storage as we needed them...despite the clear instruction these items were packed. When advised Caryl of this she indicated that her helper was packing those items and said that we did not leave notes....this was very irritating as we had to spend money to buy those items again so we didn't have to unpack boxed to find these items.Before we hired Caryl we asked to stay within a certain budget which she said we could do, when it came time for her to send us the bill this request was ignored and we ended up spending $200-$300 more than budgeted.When the movers came to pick up the boxes Caryl packed some of them were so heavy that the movers could hardly pick it up! They packed heavy items in tall awkward boxes that were a strain on the movers and on us when unpacking.Once we moved and started unpacking certain, items were not packed with care and were packed in no specific order. I found my decorative Christmas globe in with my kitchen items shattered to pieces because it wasn't wrapped at all and was placed in my salad spinner. Needless to say that entire box was wet and had glass everywhere.When we signed up for this service we were told that if we kept the moving boxes provided to us then we can get 20% back as she donates them. I contacted Caryl when we unpacked all the boxes and only then I was told that she doesn't take boxes of which the tape was ripped off of....thanks for telling us about it in advance!The last thing is I have not been able to locate my family album containing pictures of me as a baby with my family. All items that were stored with this album were packed but the album is no where to be found. I was told that she keeps notes of what was packed where and I contacted her via email days ago with no response.If I ever have to use a packing service I don't think I would chose Green Way Packers.
