Saw Dr. Werger March 23rd for a consultation, not really understanding the negative reviews. It is a busy office yes but everyone was professional, kind and helpful.I would definitely recommend Dr. Werger as he was very thorough in his assessment and overhearing his conversations with other patients, he was attentive to their requests and was professional.100% would recommend.

I’m surprised about all the negative comments here. I was here with my son today and found Dr. Werger to be a well-mannered gentleman who is professional and good with children, contrary to all the comments here! He listens to his patients and makes you feel comfortable. Both him and the team there are fabulous! I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel that I need to because they definitely deserve a 5 star!

Came here today as I was referred from my GP. Not sure why all the negative reviews but my experience from book the appt, to seeing Dr Werger was very pleasant. The receptionist who called me to schedule the appt a week ago was very polite and patient on the phone. The appointment itself was quick and punctual. The front desk was also very polite. My appt for 10:15as was right on time, no waiting like with other doctors. I found Dr Werger very knowledgeable in answering my questions and did at no time feel like cattle"."

I agree with the reviews on the office. They don't have email or text message service. They call at random times and if you miss the call, then they cancel the appointment. Very rude and non cooperative office. The doctors are really good and wish the office folks have better way to communicate. We are in the world with lot of advanced technologies and so sad they don't have means except calling.

Dr. Werger has been my ENT Specialist for over 20 years! He is an exceptional Doctor and consistently has provided me with excellent medical care for which I am so grateful. Dr. Werger is very knowledgeable, kind and proactive. Years ago, I was late for my scheduled appointment. Dr. Werger was on his way out the door to a meeting. He came back into the office to see me which I am forever grateful for. I'm also very thankful to his incredible Staff who always take the time to listen to my concerns, help me book appointments and return my calls in a timely manner. I'm so thankful! Catherine McIntyre

To Dr Werger's appintment secretary with the red hair...A reception job requires that you be courteous, (if you actually can't be kind, compassionate or curious.) I hope you receive much needed retraining in how to be courteous, and if not, this post is to educate you that if you choose to talk disrespectfully to colleagues about patients from your desk, while they are likewise SEATED IN THE ROOM, they will have a hard time hearing .....your vitriol. Shame on you.

I was a little bit worried before coming to see Dr. Werger after seeing those 1 star review. However I find him really patient and kind. For those who are complaining the appointment problem, all I want to say is remember answering your phone and arrive on time.

One of the worst office ever. All the receptionists need to be summoned or be brought under punishment for misbehaving with the patients. They never receive the phone call. What on earth they think of themselves ! How do they get the courage to misbehave with the patients! And regarding Dr Jeffery Werger he is not ready to listen anything. He does not need to kniw any history. Do not care about patients wellbeing .People should start protesting regarding these kind of office receptionist as in Dr Jeffry’s office. They behave like they work in the specialists office and they have every right to humiliate and misbehave you.
