Arokaya Thai Wellness (Arokaya Healing Wellness Centre)

My girlfriend and I recently booked a couples massage and we were both very happy with the overall service. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and made the booking process easy. The facility is updated and modern looking and kept very clean. The room we were in was very spacious and included an infrared sauna, shower and two massage tables. We were able to use the sauna for half an hour prior to our massage which was a huge bonus.Our therapists were Nancy and Sumalee, they were both very professional and competent. I have a neck injury and was able to comfortably move my head and neck for the first time in months after. We both highly recommend checking out Arokaya!

Treated very well, and asked me the areas I needed worked on the most, and the transition from the waiting area to your room was relaxing, greeted by your masseuse and she advised me of what I needed to do to be ready for her to do her work. When the message was completed she advised me on what I needed to do to get the most of the experience. Great Job.

My massage was good but overpriced and they took 150 dollars from me for cancelling an appointment and I had no choice but they refused to listen or even respond. I was switched to night shift and couldnt go in for the appointment time as it was too late and needed to sleep for work with the change over but they didnt seem to care at all.Very disappointed.

They offer great massages but just like all of them in Fort Mac it is so much more expensive than anywhere else.

Amy is excellent ! I have had 2 cupping massages from her and both experiences were a step above any massage I have had before . I will definitely be going back !

Oh my! I just had the most amaaazing deep tissue/Thai massage from here! I wish I could remember her Name, I believe it was something like Sima. I definitely recommend! I will surely be back!

This is one of the best spots in YMM for Thai Massage. Always walk outta here feeling like a million bucks !!! Definately recommend this place. All therapists are skilled and provide exceptional massages. My fav spot in YMM for relaxation & hot stone massages.

Worst customer service ever. Phoned me twice at work prior to my appointment asking me to come in earlier on the same day. Then when I went to confirm my insurance at the end of my appointment they billed me incorrectly and I waited half an hour for the staff to figure it out. Constantly saying five more minutes.
