Awesome experience.Have an ex-taxi with about 900k KM on it (so it's pretty beat up). Took it to a couple different mechanics who tried to solve the issue by silliconing it up.Water was leaking in from the windshield into the driver's side of the car. Water was also leaking into the overhead light inside the car. This began messing up the electronics so I needed a good windshield seal.I brought it in and spoke to Marco. He was very helpful and delivered amazing service. He showed me the condition of the car after the windshield was removed and it was extremely rusted.He gave me two options:1) stick the windshield onto the rust.2) grind down the rust and use H2 (this really strong rust combating compound) to clean up the rust a bit.Marco explained the prices. He explained the different scenarios and how it would affect the car.Option 1 would be 160 and option 2 would be 360.I would say, for the price, the job done was excellent. The mechanic working on the Sienna was also excellent. He showed me how he was grinding down the rust and also repainted the top of the car to make it look better since the rust had affected the paint quite a bit. He delivered a great finished result.Overall, my problem has been fixed. Price was reasonable. Time spent was good. Took me to the back and showed me the work being done and also explained what my options were. Can't ask for more.

Had a windshield replaced on my car at this shop a year ago. Tried and tested for four seasons and its as good as new - friendly service and good work!!

Hi so I had a booking on Saturday at 10am for a windshield replacement. I am from Kitchener and I called in the morning on Saturday at 9am when they open that I wont be able to make it today can you please make it on next Saturday. The person I was talking started yelling on me and stated he will never take me as I canceled in the last movement and he lost business. I told him hey sorry I understand what you are saying but I have my reasons that I cant make it today". Reason was I got injured the same day I had booking but he never let me tell him the reason of canceling and postponding he just keep yelling and stated "hey call back next Friday and will see if there is any spots available on Saturday if not call me next to next Friday and so on". Hey I understand why he is upset as his business is getting some lose but I never said I wont come anymore to this place I said book for next Saturday. Business also means good customer service and all other business do cancelation of appointments and also are polite. I dont know whats up with him and have no customer service at all. I will take my business elsewhere thank you."

Please ask for Yolanda .She is fantabulous .Came here for a chip fixing on my cars wind shield . It was done in 20 mins .The price is awesome too . 50$ .Way toooo cheaper than speedy glass repairs or any other advertisement out there ...Next time I will go here ....
