I cannot say enough great things about my technician Naseem.From the moment I walked into the room, she was kind, caring and made sure I was always comfortable.We had a great conversation for my 2 hour laser appointment which really helped me relax during my treatment.She accommodated to my requests and knew when and how to adjust the heat to the different the different areas of sensitivity on my body.I have done laser treatments at this place before, but never been as comfortable as I was this time. Iwill be back to Skin Visual Med Spa again and I will be sure to book with Naseem.Thank you!

The entire team at Skin Visuals is amazing! The service is always a 10/10, I have gotten laser , facials and much much more done and always had a pleasant experience. My mil went today as I had purchased her a oxygeno facial and she came home and was raving about it , just kept saying wow because not only was the facial that amazing but the service aswell! I’ve been going to skinvisual when they were still by the Walmart on 88. I’ve only ever gotten facials and dermaplaning done but the service is great! At the new location, I got Sandy and she was super informative and helpful with my skin needs and was very gentle during the procedure. The pricing can be expensive but they have promotions every month and the service is definitely worth the cost! Would highly recommend this place :)

After trying many places for laser hair removal, I have found my place!My laser tech is Halwa, and she is incredible! We use the elite IQ machine, and I can already tell a significant difference from just 1 session!The appointment takes roughly 2-2.5 hours. But they get into EVERY nook and cranny, literally. LOL I get the full body laser, which is very reasonably priced! $350 per session plus tax.The facility itself is super clean, chic, and the beds/equipment is nice and in good condition!Highly recommend Halwa! I haven’t dealt with the other techs, I’m sure they are lovely also!

I went in for hydrafacial and it was an experience!!! Indoors look so calming and the receptionist was very sweet. My technician was Naseem, very kind and loving lady. During the facial lamp fell on my face and hit my eye area. The technician did say that she told the higher ups to change the lamp because its kind of weird but they don't listen.The technician was going outside the room alot of times. First she went to call the other technician because the machine was not working in the start and then she forgot the exfoliate in the other room and many more times. At one point I even told her that the room door was a open because I could hear other technician talking. Employee room was right opposite, I wanted a relaxing and calm hour to end my week but it kind of turned opposite.I would suggest the technician to prepare everything before hand and not leave the room again and again because it is not professional. I am glad that they did return my second facial money.

The team at Skin Visual Med Spa is amazing. You walk in and are greeted by the sweetest receptionist that ensure all your needs are met. I have gotten laser done from a few of the ladies there and everyone has done such an amazing job and I am seeing great results. Throughout the treatment the laser techs ensure to constantly ask if you’re doing okay or if you need anything. I have been seeing Dorin for my last few treatments and she is such a sweetheart. I definitely recommend checking them out! Thank you to your team for taking such great care of me during my sessions.

I had a really great experience with Sandy. I bought a package which included a skin tightening treatment of the face, a full body massage and a hydrafacial. From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience. The spas ambience was amazing, I was blown away with how beautiful the room where I got my treatments done was. Sandy was really nice and answered all the questions I had like a professional. I've never gotten a facial done and thought I would start with a hydrafacial for my first time, and I am glad I did. I will definitely be back in the future for more of their treatments and will recommend this place to all my friends/family!

Dorin is the best! I’ve done multiple full body laser sessions and I’m so satisfied with the service and results! I would highly recommend! Their spa is spacious, clean and calming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am very satisfied with the service provided on all my treatments. Dorin is a professional and very knowledgeable on all the services that they offer. Basically Dorin and her team make you very comfortable and know what they're doing.All I can say is that I wouldn't go anywhere else.If you want deluxe treatment and service, then Skin Visual is the place to try out.
