Don’t use this service!! I just paid over 500$ to watch someone learn how to use the most basic tax calculator imaginable. Keep in mind that this was for two tax returns but there’s an extra 100+ charge for them to see a t5 slip, not a single extra button was pushed. My appointment started over an hour late so I had the chance to watch other customers come in who had clearly been double booked only to have the staff tell them it was their mistake when clearly it wasn’t the case. Fortunately the person serving me was very amicable and has outstanding people skills although it isn’t nearly enough to earn a second star.

I made an appointment for 4pm 2 days before the appointment. On the day of the appointment I received an email stating my appointment had changed for 2pm. I could not make it for 2pm, so I went online and it gave me the option to book at 3pm. When I come in a very rude person told me my appointment was at 2pm, I explained the situation. She made me wait for 20 minutes and finally someone else comes out and says that she cannot assist me today that my appointment was at 2pm. I showed her the email and in an extremely rude way she insisted it was at 2pm and said she was not going to see me today. I asked then why was I left waiting for 20 minutes, then and the other rude person said it has been 5 minutes"

Calvin Liu was so helpful with all my stuff, handled everything in very professional manner. He definitely knows how to arrange and solve his clients' problems. Very charming and kind, too.

How to book an appointment if you can't even answer the phone? I called five hours ago and left a voice message, but no one has called me back. I just called again and still there's no answer. Is this also due to the pandemic? What's the best way to book an appointment with you when you don't provide the email address for that and you can't answer the phone?

Wish I could give this place 0. After Suhki left, this place has become as unprofessional as you can get. The receptionist is clueless and the person who was doing our taxes took a personal call for over 10 mins leaving us completely alone before she had even gotten our accounts pulled up. Not even an appology when she came back. H&R you need better hiring standards. This is my last year filing with your services. I'm fed up with this.

Sasan is a great financial expert. We got a very nice costumer service, clear explanation of our tax filings, and a lot of useful financial information.

This location hires the newbie accountants with ZERO experience that will end up costing you so much if you let them do your tax. This location should just shut down. One of their so called accountant with last name 'ANI' messed up our tax report and cost us over $2,000. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Stay away.

Extremely rude woman who didn't want to do my paperwork to begin with! and for $220 I think not. Walked out because I didn't believe she had my best interest at heart.
