What a beautifully run company. Worked with the site management team for 5 months at a site in Port Coquitlam. Very professional, on time and well organized. Anton the site manager was great to deal with. You’d always think that the site superintendent would be a jerk.. not Grant Vetter. Very humble and fun soul to be around. Takes his job serious and will take the time to make sure your job is going smoothly. 6/5 stars highly recommended

To put my expression and appreciation of VC Management’s expertise in the construction and professionalism within the construction industry in one word would be - relieving. I have been an architect for 15 years and my experience with former and existing construction management companies has been exhausting. I live next to one of the construction sites of VC Management Inc. I witnessed the entire building procedure from tearing down the old houses, digging and forming two level underground parking, to raising and completing a beautiful four story building.The project was well managed; the job site has been kept clean and tidy; the construction noise was limited according to the city bylaw; all staff working around the neighborhood were very respectful and friendly. In the beginning, the water supply for the construction was from my house, and the plumber always tried to minimize the impact to our garden and yard. To my surprise, the company even reimbursed me for my help to them!I highly appreciate the kindness and professional treatment to our neighborhood from Grant and VC Management Inc.
