ALTER Tailoring & Dry Cleaning

I have used Alter's services for dry cleaning. Lately, I'm lucky if they even attempt to clean, it. Futhermore, they try and justify their disgraceful customer service. I cannot recommend them after this and cannot refer to anyone else in good conscience.

If I could give this business a zero - I would. DO NOT use this tailor. I had a very simple alteration and I had to go back several times. In the end they ruined my item. I am not sure if they have staff who have never sewed before. On first impression they seem like they know what they are doing- but do not be fooled - they can’t do the simplest task so do not take anything complicated. Absolutely disgraceful they can operate as a tailor shop.

Brought a pair of jeans in to have the waist taken in. The workers are great and very friendly. This was my first experience with a tailoring service and I am beyond happy with everything. I will definitely bring more items here in the future :)

Suha the owner is a beautiful seamstress and does an excellent job. I have taken several alterations to her and I have always been pleased with the results.

Fraudulent transaction.I am a War Veteran and I dropped off my Service Dog Vest over a week ago to add a patch to my Dogs Vest (Do not Pet). They told me to pick it up today a week later. My wife picked it up & paid for it in full. Zero patch work was done on this when she returned. It literally still has the white chalk mark on it that they put for where to place patch and the patch in a bag.At the time I though a week was a very long wait for a single patch.They are over priced, take forever and charge you for work not done.This is not the first time this happened with this company but it will be my last time dealing with them for sure.When I called to talk to someone they had that I don’t care attitude and said they could not refund me over the phone. Will dispute with Master Card for my refund as this is Fraud.And last I had to wait a full week without my Services Dogs Jacket. This has caused me lots of unneeded hardship.

I took a winter jacket in because the zipper kept getting stuck. In order to try and free it, I ripped the lining. They were extremely professional and performed maintenance on the zipper and repaired the rip. The zipper works like a charm now. The work was completed quickly at a very reasonable rate. Most of all, I received excellent customer service, which is so rare. Thank you. I will definitely be using all of your services in the future.

This is a fantastic locally owned business. The owner is professional, kind, and most importantly talented. I highly recommend them for any alterations or dry cleaning.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the service and with the time of the completeness of our orders. The personnel are very customer oriented, caring and professional. I had a very positive experience when some extra work was done at the time of pick-up and without any charge.I like flexible payment options - either when placing an order or during pick-up. If it is a special order, an employee of Alter Tailoring will always give you a call when the item is ready to pick up, which helps you plan your week and a day when you can put on this article of clothes.
