Can’t thank salesman Omid and finance guy Tony (+ others!) enough for their work on getting me into my newest ride! I went to a lot of different dealerships for help and ran into so many roadblocks, but these two worked tirelessly all week to make it work, and it did! Happy is an understatement.If you want a no-judgement, no-bs experience in getting into a new car (even if you think you don’t have good enough credit for it), I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else. FABULOUS place to deal with when finding a new vehicle. We worked with Amber; she was AMAZING! super friendly, extremely helpful! I feel Amber went above and beyond helping us find the right vehicle that fits my needs for walker and service dog. She found a vehicle to make my life EASIER!! Amber worked hard for us. Not a very good experience, Nathan Gache sold me a Nissan rogue and had it delivered with scratches and dents on the car, when I showed the pictures these aren't scratches from rocks these are scratches and may I add a big hole on the bottom fender by the back seat. When the car was presented to me I ask for a car with the same price but he insisted that the rogue was better. Now he also promised to get them fixed as long as the insurance is inplace for me to drive, when I got the insurance he never responded. Now it's been 10 months and the transmission blows.I have found out that there's a recall on these Nissan for safety because of transmission will slow itself down automatically and eventually will make noise and shut off, what if youre driving in the highway thats pretty dangerous. He never had mentioned this at all and Nissan had settlement on this thank God for that at least. If Nissan agrees to pay for the transmission. If not 5000 dollar cost! So watch out with this dealership. I will make sure not to go to this one. My previous car at hyundai was amazing. They went above and beyond. So if this car gets fix I will call them instead and give them referrals.
