Southwold Concrete Forming Ltd.
His quote failed to see the retaining wall on the blueprints. A 419 square foot foundation cost $10017.45; the original quote was $4234.11. The blueprints clearly showed that the foundation would line up with existing walls but one wall was off from the existing wall by 7 inches. The retaining wall leaks badly. I've complained to him about the retaining wall leaking and after seeing the problem he has done nothing to fix it.

Landon and his team did a fantastic job on a shop foundation and footings. They were fast but did a very thorough job with their measurements and everything turned out perfect. I highly recommend these guys for your concrete needs!
