Lady working name jammy is very unhelpful and she don't know her work.she is not there for customer service.she is there for making hard for customers.i was there for triton service.Doing same verification with same id and address from last 3 years at same place. This time even i explain to her she was behaving like she is there for giving me hard time.even everything is same in my id and address she is like why middle name is not there i told her middle name is optional in verification form and there is no column to put middle name and this is what it is and i am doing this from 3 years never have any problems but she was like no. I went at other place they did it in just 30 seconds. I waited in line for half hour and she wasted my time.

They need to hire more associates! Service is super slow! Long lines! Long wait time!

She's throwing my stuff and I didn't satisfy with her serivce but she gave herself 100 percent

Sometimes it's fast and sometimes it's slow. Do not expect to go in and get out, give yourself 10 to 15min as they're always busy. Daytime is better than evenings but staff are always happy and nice unless under pressure by customers that can't be patient. If you're patient, your customer service will be great but if you're going to be nasty, they will not move any faster.

The older lady, she has red hair right now sorry I didnt look at her name, is rude and has poor customer service, if u advising a customer learn how to speak! Canadapost could afford tape! Telling me in the rudest manner like everybody else tape up your box so I'm like if I dont have tape what should I do, she was like then u buy tape! So rude and u professional last time I'm going here

Understaffed, normal wait times are 30-45 mins. Simply training one more staff member solely to process pick ups as a contingency plan during peak times would save the brand and all the frustrated customers.

The old lady who works here named Debbie seriously need to get fired. She is so rude and gives attitude to customers for no reason. If you cant retire because you are broke and need to keep working to support yourself, stop taking your miserable-self out on other people. Such a miserable and nasty person.someone seriously needs to check her attitude and her customer service skill level.she does not know how to talk to people.
