Better Beginnings School

My daughter has attended summer camp at Better Beginnings, with Ms. Silvana and staff for the past few years. Hannah has thoroughly enjoyed her experiences and could not wait to arrive in the morning! So many varied activities from baking to creating her own works of art, and daily trips to the park.Ms. Silvana managed to keep the children amused and encouraged through the challenging Covid summer, adhering to all protocols. Thanks for creating a family atmosphere, with all your patience and kindness!

We just moved to Birchcliff last Summer and so many people had raved to us about this nursery school! Ms. Silvana and her staff are absolutely incredible. It’s such a loving, kind and supportive environment, not just for the students but the parents too! It’s a wonderful community, it feels very much a like one big family. We are so blessed to have found Ms. Silvana, our son and our whole family loves her. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone is happy and thriving. The care here is unmatched, we always leave knowing our son is in the best hands. We can’t wait for our second year there :). My son has been going here for 9 months and will definitely be returning in the fall. Thanks to Silvana, I have seen him develop so quickly. He has so much fun here and I trust he is being looked after by people who truly care about him. He's made a good group of friends and he sometimes even gets upset that he can't go to school on weekends. The photo and video text updates from Silvana throughout the week are priceless. Highly recommended!

My daughter had the best preschool experience at Better Beginnings School. She attended school for the last 2 years and summer camp as well. Ms. Silvana and staff have done an amazing job providing a high quality learning environment over the last two very difficult years. Always keeping up with public health requirements to keep all children and staff safe and healthy. We are truly grateful to have had Ms. Silvana in our daughter’s life.

We cannot express enough how truly wonderful our journey at Better Beginnings has been for our family, including our two children. Ms. Silvana, without a doubt, stands as one of the most exceptional teachers we have ever encountered. As new parents, her unwavering encouragement and support meant the world to us. Not only did she create a nurturing and caring environment for our son and daughter, but she also played a pivotal role in fostering their early educational development, setting them up for success as they embarked on their school journey.Our relationship with Ms. Silvana and her amazing team began in 2018, and we have cherished every moment since. However, it is with a mix of nostalgia and excitement that we approach the upcoming year, knowing that our youngest child will be venturing into kindergarten. While we will undoubtedly miss the presence of Ms. Silvana and her team, we are thrilled to have the opportunity to send our child back to Better Beginnings for their summer camp in 2024.We wholeheartedly recommend Better Beginnings to any parents seeking an exceptional educational foundation for their little ones.

This preschool has been great for my 3 year old. He enjoys going to class and since September I can already see him learning so many new things (shapes, letters, songs, seasons, holidays, etc). He is excited to share with me the things he learns.In addition - the two owners are fabulous. Easily accessible via email with prompt replies. They have given me updates on my sons performance, areas of strengths and areas to work on. I feel confidant he is in a nurturing and safe environment that fosters great learning. The mix with Montessori program for 1 hour each morning is a great addition to the program and my son seems to really enjoy it.Overall great experience with this preschool - highly recommend.

Ms Silvana saved our summer! After a year of schools closed on and off my little JK was feeling bounced around until we found this summer camp. Drop of and pick ups were a breeze and the fun stories we heard from our daughter were always reflective of a loving and nurturing environment where she was having so much fun. Art projects galore, lots of outdoor play, and interesting facts.

Silvana and her team are nothing short of amazing. They are so kind and through this strange year gave my son a place to be excited about going! Summer camps were awesome as well. He would stay forever if he could! I cannot recommend this center enough!

I cannot recommend Silvana and Better Beginnings highly enough! Our two year old daughter took to Silvana and the incredible BB environment right away.She cares so deeply for her children and fosters strong bonds between the kiddos as well (and the parents!). If the love and care wasn’t enough, our daughter is learning SO much. Important skills for building confidence and independence (ie: selecting and serving their own breakfast & snacks) but each week they cover a new curriculum. I knew we’d made the right choice when our daughter came home singing a song about the water cycle one day and the continents another!If you are looking for a wonderful caregiver who will give your children a safe environment to grow and learn, look no further!

I don’t know where to start, but I will begin by saying that Silvana, and all her staff are incredible human beings. Better Beginnings offers the kids an amazing environment where they built such incredible self confidence, learn so much about things that surrounds us, and above all, they’re all loved and cared for deeply. Both of our kids attend currently, and we feel the luckiest people on earth to be able to send the kids at Better Beginnings. Our kids come home so happy, and talks about their teachers non stop. Highly highly recommend Better Beginnings Nursery School, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Miss Silvana, and staff for all you do, we love you!
