Spring Loaded Toronto has an amazing lineup of fully stuffed gourmet spring rolls. They had an amazing menu for us like Smoked Lobster Mac N Cheese, Braised Beef Cheeks N Hash, East Coast Style Donair, Sweet N Smokey Pulled Pork, Deep Fried Banana Split and Raspberry Nutella Cheesecake. Everything looked and tased amazing. I would hire these guys for an event anytime!

We hosted our wedding at the Pickering Event Centre where Spring Loaded Craft & Catering provided the food and it was delicious, especially that mushroom sauce. We received a lot of compliments from our guest on the food. It was fresh and there was a huge variety to choose from. The owner knew how much I loved the mushroom sauce and even packed me a little container to take home and enjoy which was so thoughtful! Thank you!

We had booked this catering service for a christening celebration in Mississauga. In addition to the food being excellent, the service provided from start to finish was amazing. The owner, Nalaka was very approachable and listened to what we wanted. Great service over all.

Spring Loaded is an amazing food truck and catering service. The spring rolls are massive and filled with a generous amount of filling. My favourite spring rolls are the Mac and cheese and Philly cheese. I have also tried their catering service which was really good. Next time you have an event use them you won’t be disappointed.

Love Spring Loaded Toronto's variety of tasty Spring Rolls. Get a different taste each time. From philly-cheese steak, butter chicken, mac 'n cheese, jerk chicken to cinnamon apple pie. Each paired with it's own sauce.

SLC did our school event for over 200 people with burgers, hotdogs, chips& drink. The service was awesome. The team was outstanding, Friendly, hardworking, efficient and professional. They have a variety of food items. They cater to all types of functions and occasions.Would definitely recommend their catering at your next event.

Their gourmet spring rolls are amazing. Their Philly cheese steak spring rolls with cheese sauce is so good. They catered a staff appreciation lunch at work and everything was great. The owner is friendly and easy to work with.

We had our daughter's birthday party catered by Spring Loaded and everyone enjoyed the delicious food prepared by them. They were professional with prompt responses in our correspondence, flexible and tailored to our menu preferences including respecting dietary restrictions. They were timely on the day of the event and set up lunch in time for our hungry guests. We had no negative experience and highly recommend them to any one who wants to cater for an event.

We hired Spring Loaded food truck for a company event in June. The food was DELICIOUS and the portion sizes were ENORMOUS!! I ordered the Jerk Chicken Poutine and the taste was out of this world - perfect amount of chicken, spice, gravy and fries! I devoured it so fast I needed to take a break. In addition to our guests enjoying the yummy food, the service from owner Nalaka Liyanage was wonderful. Nalaka was super friendly, enthusiastic and you could tell from how he spoke of his food that he loves feeding people and making them happy. He had a big smile on his face and also played some fun unbeat music which added a fun energy to the day. I took his business card as he does event catering and I think spring rolls would be a cool new idea for future events. Thank you for being a wonderful addition to our food truck event!
