Plate number 894 KMM decided to drive 26 kmph all the way...traffic backed up down the street behind the unaware neglectful driver, no signal's at turns...next time I will just contact police in regards to the unsafe driver.After reading your response next time I WILL call police for your negligent driver! The 2 individuals in the front of the vehicle were laughing as they looked in the side mirror and watched for my signal of intent to turn and would turn in the same direction. That's the rest of that story. Inappropriate and thoughtless response trying to shame me for YOUR negligent driver.Btw, my family works with the disabled and in health care.According to the SGI Driver's Handbook: Travelling too slowly can be hazardous. You should never drive at a speed slow enough to impede or block other traffic, unless proper safety precautions have been taken.Which you mean that you require proper signage on your vehicle's, if you are presenting a hazard and impeding traffic, due to low speeds. As the image included, your vehicle does not have any signage to warn other drivers.I do understand why you were so upset about my review after reading all the other negative reviews...I would be upset too if I had such a bad reputation.

AV is simply the best way to go if you need a wheelchair shuttle/taxi. The staff are all super helpful, friendly and professional and they are super reliable to show up when they promise.

Please tell the shuttle driver that parks in Cypress gardens apartments in the middle of the parking entrance to do her own personal stuff all the time to show more professionalism and park on the street or in a parking spot and not in everyone's road..... She sits there with her driver's door open blocking the entrance quite often.

This company deserves kudos for the level of service we received this week during a very difficult time. We required their services to transport a mobility challenged family member from Kerrobert to Saskatoon and return to attend his daughter's funeral. from the initial contact to the final drop-off back home the management and staff were professional and compassionate. They accommodated us on very short notice and they travelled roads that are not fit to drive (Hwy 51 Kerrobert to Biggar). On time and ready to assist us with all our needs, we couldn't have asked for better service during this very stressful time. Our thanks to our very professional and courteous drivers Gabriella and Hank, to Roger for his patience while we figured out the details, and to the Manager Jim, for making this all work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this service...thanks!!

This company never answers the phone. There equipment does not meet safety standards at all. Unit 5 muffler is rusted out and extremely loud, They will idle out in front of main entrances up to 20 minutes or more. The lift system does not meet safety standards, Safety lock flip up so you don't roll off the lift does not work, No safety belt to hold rider from falling off.They charge a fortune and do not maintain their equipment. There are way more options other than using this outfit.

I would recommend AV Shuttle to anyone looking for an affordable special needs transportation, with an always-five-star customer and professional service. Always a great experience and wonderful people to work with, setting up the bookings were fast and easy and always responsive to any of my follow-up questions. The vehicles were clean, drivers were nice, punctual, accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with. Me and my family will definitely continue doing business with them!Shout out to the general manager, Kelly Rapko always make us feel so welcomed. Thank you guys so much!

I was not a customer AND NEVER WILL BE NOW. but after having one of they're female drivers not stop at a posted stop sign in a construction zone on central avenue and then proceed to tailgate me for several blocks after and flipped me the middle finger while passing me, that is not how professional drivers are trained in SK. if you are driving a shuttle of any sort extra care and attention should be used as you are caring for someone else's life!!

2.8 is very low and untrustworthy, enough said there are other options people read reviews before you call!Terrible company! Left my wife and I without a ride. She was running late and decided to take it out on us. I was just trying to confirm pickup at the hospital, when she decided to pull attitude. We had to find another way so my wife could see her family and friends for Christmas. My wife has been in the hospital since September 2022 and this lady had zero respect for us and said call someone else on Christmas eve thanks for nothing and I really hope people will see exactly how terrible this company actually is. Glad I never paid in advanced!Response to comment below:First of all I just wanted to verify that someone was coming which you never did answer. Second of all you did you only said were running late, and blamed it on slow moving people. Third I never ever said I was in a hurry. I just wanted to make sure someone was coming. Forth after you were so rude to us we made it work. Fifth we now know we do not ever need your service so we are glad to black ball your company for us and as many others we can tell. By the way after talking to my daughter about this; if for some reason we would ever need wheel chair access my daughter knows of someone with better reviews :).I have no reason to lie.Look at others on here and you can judge for yourself!2.8 is terrible and I would never trust a company to drive my wife nor anyone I know with reviews this low. If I would have looked at these I would never have ordered. I have talked to at least 100 people about your service or lack of and I will continue to let the public know! They have the right.

Tried to double bill us for a trip last summer even after we sent proof of payment. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
