I have only good things to say about my first visit at Ottawa Centretown Vet Hospital. The staff is welcoming, helpful, polite, patient and accommodating. Dr. Katie Welmers, the vet who examined my dog was also very caring and friendly. She performed a careful examination of my dog and made a personal and rapid follow-up to my visit. I have confidence in her knowledge and competence. As I said, only good things to say.

I have been bringing my dog to Centretown since she was 11 weeks old - she will be 5 in December. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating of an extremely anxious dog! I would not take her anywhere else. The care and service is top notch!

I am very pleased with my first visit at Centretown Vet. Hospital. The staff was very kind and understanding and made me feel at home. Bringing a pet to the vet can be stressful on its own, but the vet herself was very compassionate and understanding. She offered many suggestions, and together as partners, we treated my baby. I love this vet. My apts are regularly on time. Every time I visit the clinic everyone is so friendly. The vets are very friendly and so knowledgeable. I feel like my cat is so well cared for. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Dr Lowe and the whole team is awesome. As a first-time pet parent, I've struggled a lot with the steep learning curve of pet ownership/guardianship but everyone at CVH is always so understanding, compassionate, and ready to help no matter my questions/concerns. I am very grateful for the care my dog has received here since he was a puppy.

I find it hard to rate places like this. It’s definitely not a beautiful location, it’s not as if you go into the rooms and feel better about your pet being sick. Though that would be really nice…I feel that a lot of the times I’m being told the worst situation possible and it turns out to be not that bad. That’s one’s thing I would change. Also pricing, they should make it free ☺️.
