Came in late March, had to get a new phone and plan. I was asking around and seemed Bell had the best deal at the time. Got connected with Jaron and literally drove across the city to see him. I coulda gone to any Bell store. Worth the drive. One of the kindest guys I’ve ever met. Excellent service.

I have been a Bell customer for 40 years and have watched this company grow into a fumbling behemoth of incompetence. Years of my life spent on hold, or heated arguments or trying to chat with Reps that have never been trained in the Plans they are trying to sell you. I have stuck with Bell in spite of it all hoping that one day Bell will hire someone who fully understands their job.BellMTS at Kildonan Place somehow won the lottery when they hired Diana.She was the Rep that helped us purchase a new phone and take advantage of a Black Friday Plan offer. Although the store was really busy she gave us her undivided attention. Thoroughly explained the pros and cons of phones and plans never making us feel rushed. We left the store very satisfied.A few days later I'm back on the Bell website where I see the same plan $10 cheaper and the additional savings extended by 7 months. I spent the next 5 hours being bounced back and forth between Bell Mobility and BellMTS with all kinds of stories why I couldn't change the plan. So frustrated by the end of that experience I planned to go back to the store and return the phone and cancel all the services we have with Bell.Fortunately Diana was working and remembered me from our first encounter. She listened to my complaint then sked if I would be willing to let her try to sort it out. Diana did in less than 20 minutes what 7 other Bell Reps, by phone or by chat, could not accomplish in 5 hours. She saved Bell a customer.... and most likely me from a heart attack.I hope Bell recognizes the quality of Rep they have in Diana. There are not enough words of praise in the English language to give her her due. She would be a welcomed addition for any employer.If you can get customer service right the world is your oyster.

We were served by Gilles the other day and we couldn't believe how well things went. Two new cell phones and re-set of an old one, the 3 of us were very well looked after. Gilles was very patient with our questions while being very efficient in getting us all set up. His technical knowledge and customer service were well demonstrated and appreciated. I hope we'll have the opportunity to deal with Gilles again in the future

Our customer service rep named Gilles was extremely courteous, quick & very patient with us when coming in for an upgrade. Made suggestions and options that benefited my devices/services for future care and use. Would definitely come back for more future purchases with his attitude and customer care in mind. Left the store feeling happy & satisfied! Thank you kind sir!

Jessie was EXTREMELY helpful when setting up all my home stuff and then again today when I wanted/needed a new cellphone/plan. He made me and my daughter feel welcome and comfortable! My GF been with bell for some time just got off contract went to this location too see if we could get a cheaper plan with less data got such bad service. The fellow we had couldt even been bother to look up her account to see what options are available I told him can you please look up the account he refused. So we left and walked over to fido got a better rate plan. Then bell and got better service too. The fellow at bell kept pushing only the max plan and would not give us other options. Bell has gotten so big they forget what customer service is. The store was not busy ether was slow they where just on the phones board anyways. I will never in my life go back to bell

Stopped by Bell/MTS at KP on Dec.06th. I was greeted by associate Shanelle. I was looking to purchase a new phone. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. Helped me keep all of my services on one monthly bill. She made everything very convenient. Great customer service and a happy customer. Thanks again.

My 85 yr old father went to your store this past Friday with his old MTS phone, & all he wanted to do was activate it & purchase some time. The rude woman that was “ assisting “ my Dad, told him he didn’t know what he was doing… wrote some phone numbers down on a yellow note pad & told him to call some number & ask to activate his phone…and gave him some number that is supposed to be his new phone number. She then charged him $30 for one month of service & gave him a deal on activation… only charged him$ 25 rather than $ 50, and sent him on his way with an unactivated phone? Why didn’t SHE ACTIVATE IT? So I tried calling the number she provided….& of course they are closed for the weekend.If I ever provided that kind of service at my place of business…. I would have been shown the door. I guess we’ll have to try to talk to Gilles….. seems to be the guy that will actually help a customer out. Really disappointed.

DO NOT DEAL WITH BELL MTS AT KILDONAN PLACE!!Bell MTS at Kildonan Place is an absolute joke for service. I went there to get my Samsung S21 Ultra fixed for a second time. No service technicians were even in the store, and I was told to go to another Bell MTS. I love how the sales rep who told me that goes back to lean on the display...
